The cleanliness and tidiness in both the restaurant and the rooms. Restaurants: The plates—and especially the glasses—were frequently not properly cleaned. Unfortunately, I did not find a single clean glass during my stay in which I could pleasantly drink something. Most of the plates were greasy and not thoroughly washed. If you look at the back side, you can see the dirt. Rooms: The standard of cleaning in the rooms also needs to be enhanced, especially in the bathroom. The floor is not properly cleaned.

The staff were exceptionally kind, friendly, and helpful, which I truly appreciated. The garden and the pool were very clean, tidy and well maintained.

The disappointing thing is the dirty dishes. This is not an isolated case. Every day at breakfast we looked for clean dishes. The glasses had lipstick stains on them. The plates were greasy or had traces of food on them. Seems that chefs do think that the hard part of pineapple is edible, so when you get a small cube of pineapple try to guess if you will need to eat around the hard part or not (please just cut them in quarters or some other way so it would be easier). We left some food in our room open, so ants quickly appeared in our room, better to store the food only in the small fridge. Tennis court has curves and edges, so the ball can jump in other ways than expected.

Location: Approx 15 min to the sandy beach. Nice terrace with your own sunbeds and umbrella (be careful in the evenings with mosquitoes). Cozy area with a pool and palm trees. We liked the bracelet with a chip instead of a card to open the door. Be ready that until 22.00 there is usually noisy live music or quizzes, but afterwards is quiet. People are very nice, all conversations are very pleasant.

1) Equipement: there were some small but dangerous cracks on the ground around the outdoor pool, reception, and restaurant area. We were walking slowly around the outdoor areas and just enjoying discovering the place, when we both tripped because of cracks and uneven surfaces. This is dangerous and must be fixed as soon as possible! 2) Food buffet (breakfast and dinner) : very poor quality. Even though there were at breakfast for example: eggs, warm veggies, bacon, sausages, salad, cheese, milks, breads, cereal, fruits, tea/coffee - the quality didn't taste fresh or good, it didn't suit our needs. The dinner buffet was really not good quality (and certainly not worth the 22EUR/person we paid). I would advise to get dinner outside. I've stayed at other 4☆stars hotels in the area of Playa de Muro (such as Grupotep Los Principes, Valentin Playa de Muro, etc) as well as in other parts of Mallorca, and I've had much better and fresh quality of food buffet for breakfast and dinner. Moreover- it was very noisy due to the staff's activity of cleaning up plates and cutlery (noise of other guests talking and eating is OK and normal). 3) the bedroom was rather small and that's fine. But the way the TV flat screen was hung on the wall wasn't safe at all - since there isn't much place between the beds and the TV, one has to walk carefully and slowly in order to avoid getting hit on the head with the TV.

1) Location : 1km, approx 15 min walk, to the beautiful Playa de Muro Beach (Sector 1, if I recall correctly), which has public toilets and showers available for free. There are many shops and restaurants around the beach area. 2) Drinkable water available for free: many drinkable water machines available everywhere on the hotel site💧In your room, you'll find a tall glass bottle, which you can refill with water at the machines as well as your own bottles. I LOVED THEIR VISION for saving plastic and reducing waste. 3) Beautiful big pool, many palm trees 🌴 Yoga class on the grass - the teacher was AMAZING! 4) Very clean room. Room service was great. Comfortable beds. They provide a coffee/tea machine in the room with coffee and tea bags. Beautiful terrace to eat breakfast and dinner buffet (if you don’t want to eat inside). Super kind and warm staff at reception! 5) Instead of a giving us electronic cards for the room, they gave us electronic and waterproof bracelets to open our room door. What an INNOVATIVE idea 💡 No need to search for cards in your wallet, I just enjoyed swimming in the beach without having to keep an eye on my bags! What a GAME CHANGER !

The staff were very friendly, and the breakfast spread was excellent. We loved having multiple on-site options for lunch and dinner, plus so many activities available without ever leaving the property. We received a complimentary day at the sun beds was such a thoughtful touch and made our trip feel extra special. The pool was large, super clean, and incredibly relaxing. Our room was spotless, and the whole atmosphere was peaceful — truly a perfect holiday. It was also conveniently close to local markets and restaurants in town.

This one is a wonderful hotel. It was already the second time we stayed there. This year it became even better than previous year The rooms are clean, the pool is large, the dinners were delicious and the music concerts almost every evening were just amazing. Some may find it discouraging to walk 10 minutes by foot to the sea, but on the other hand, the noisy road is also distanced away from the hotel, keeping it quiet. The only downside for me were swarms of mosquitoes appearing every evening, so be sure to bring some repellent with you to the evening show). In the morning and afternoon mosquitoes are not an issue though. I can totally recommend this hotel especially if you're searching for the genuine Adults Only experience in peace and quiet.

AMAAAAZING staff - Rafaella in Animation was just the BEST!!! So fun, welcoming, inclusive, knowledgeable, professional and just brilliant. The reception staff were also great - the fabulous lady (Polish) was super kind but they were all wonderful. Rooms were luxurious and everything you needed. The programme of entertainment was fantastic especially for a solo traveller. THE BEST I am recommending this place to everyone xx

Our stay at Garden Saladina was amazing. It such a lovely lay out with the small bungalows, the pool area was gorgeous, the staff were great (especially Roxanna on reception!) and always happy to help with advice on the local area and transport or any questions we had. It was an added bonus to have free access to mini golf and the tennis court. Breakfast was good with a wide selection of options and we had the BBQ one evening which was also very nice! The decor was very tasteful and well thought out, gorgeous! Would definitely return😊

The breakfast and buffet dinners weren't very good. "Airport Shuttle" on their booking.com profile seems to just be for marketing, as their airport shuttles are never available, leading me to question whether or not they have any at all. Not a big deal though, as the public transport takes about an hour from the airport and stops very close to the hotel.

Location was in walking distance to the main bus station going to the airport. The swimming pool was very big, so never felt crowded. The rooms were a generous size with comfortable beds. Staff was welcoming. Felt like a small community of townhouses rather than a hotel. No screaming children. Nice pool bar and BBQ.

The rooms were clean but not very modern. The silicone joint in the shower was quite old, and the fixture was heavily calcified.

We were very satisfied with the service and the reception. We arrived at night and were warmly welcomed by a young gentleman at the front desk – he was very kind and helpful. The breakfast was tasty, but the selection could be improved – there weren’t many options. The pool was excellent – definitely a highlight! In the evenings, there was always live music and different games, which created a great atmosphere. The location was perfect, very close to Playa de Muro. Parking was available, and you could also easily park in front of the hotel. We would definitely stay here again anytime!!

The walls of the room were't isolating the sound from neighbours, I could hear them coughing or pouring water in their bathroom. I was missing some basic staff which usually are provided (sometimes even in the cheapest hotels) - bathrobe, flipflops, electric kettle (so I could make my own coffee or tea), some little plate for snack we bought to the room. In the shower the pressure of the flowing water was really soft so it barely reached my body or hair. Since nights in May aren't that warm I was feeling cold however the AC seemed to have heating mode, it wasn't working. I didn't like the bed sheets and the way how blankets were covered in the sheet (it wasn't secured so it felt like having twice that big sheets compared to the blanket). When I took the extra warm blanket from the wardrobe, it was dirty. The safe was little unpractical - smaller and placed on the weird spot so it wasn't easy to put in/get out the things.

The staff was nice, outside of the area, mattress of the bed was comfortable.Room was cozy. Check out at 12 (which is much later than usual) so no rush in the last day's morning. Good position and parking.

The cleaners would bang on your door every morning around 9AM and try to open it even if you had put the do not disturb sign on the door (this also happened to the rooms around us). The room could do with more soundproofing as you can hear drunk people yelling all night and into the early morning most days which did unfortunately keep us up.

Really lovely hotel, the staff were incredibly helpful and kind, plenty of sun loungers for all guests. Very comfortable room and a decent breakfast selection.

I think that bathrooms could be refreshed.. Somewhere you can find damaged tiles and traces of mold In our friends room (in a separate house) there was smelly in the bathroom during all stay..

The Garden Holiday Village is great place on the map of Mallorca! We really enjoyed our stay in September. Big advantage that is adult only so you have guarantee that your stay will be calmly and full of chill. The rooms are cleaned every day and you have fresh towels. Very good breakfasts with wide range of choices - everyone will find something! Delicious coffee! The location is also big advantage - it is away from the main streets which ensures peace and quiet and you have a 1km walk to the beach. You can arrange your time at hotel with swimming pool, gym, tennis, plays with animator (greetings to Jakub! 🤗) and great musician evenings.
