The parking was available on the street but sometimes we had to walk a short distance to get to the car. Our apartment was several floors down so it just took a couple of lifts to get down there

Great location. Can’t beat it for Amadores. Wouldn’t suit anyone either mobility issues or didn’t have a car. Right on the top of the hill, but suited us as we love to visit Amadores, even if we have to walk there! The staff were fabulous! The pool was small but lovely. Always a sunbed and the pool bar was reasonable! All in all, great stay 😊

Only down side was the walk up from the beach, a steep hill which takes about 20 minutes or 7 euros in a taxi

The towels should be renewed, they are really old and worn out. The elevator should be improved as it's very small, slow and inefficient.

The apartment was spacious and clean. The kitchen was completely equipped with everything you need. Amazing view from the balcony, cleaning was done everyday.

I would strongly recommend the hotel to thoroughly clean all the air conditioning units — they were extremely dirty, and it seems like they haven’t been serviced in a very long time. The pillows were also very uncomfortable and really need to be replaced with something more suitable. Additionally, I didn’t appreciate the €6 daily fee for using the fitness room — a facility like that should be included for guests.

The view from the property was absolutely spectacular — definitely one of the highlights of our stay. The spacious balcony, complete with sun loungers, was perfect for relaxing and enjoying the scenery. The rooms were large, and the fully equipped kitchen had everything we needed. The only thing we felt was missing was a bit of greenery — the whole area could benefit from more vegetation to add to the overall atmosphere.

Bit of the way out if you have mobility issues

Fabulous view lovely well equiped apartment . Couldn't fault the staff especially the reception staff which is 24hrs their customer service was exceptional. Just a little out of the way but only a 10min walk up to europa centre or 6/7 euros in a taxi down to peurto rico. Would definitely go again just for the amazing balconies they are lager than normal with a great view (would definately recommend booking one with a hot tub)

It's on a hill ,but they have a bus going up and down to beach ⛱️ a few times a day .That's is fab

There was quite a walk to and from however I was aware of that before arrival. I wouldn’t let that put me off and would definitely return again.

Spacious room with aircondition, big balcony overlooking the pool, valley and beach. A kind and helpful receptionist who was always ready to help. A small mini market on location was very useful for our basic needs.

The rooms were spacious and very clean. The balcony was huge with sun loungers and a jacuzzi. The staff were friendly and always checking how they could help. The pool area was nice with a lovely snack bar that did nice food at reasonable prices.

Well located property 10 minutes walk from Amadores beach and europa centre. Facilities well maintained and clean. Apartment had everything you needed with an amazing sea view balcony. Staff were friendly helpful and approachable. Pool area fantastic nicely heated pool, plenty of sun beds and a reasonable pool bar selling drinks and food.
