Sun beds can be hard to get if you don’t come early from 10am and the sofa bed was not so comfortable and looked dated. Would have loved to have the pool open until 8-9pm until the sun sets but I can appreciate that this might be an issue with logistics.

We loved our stay here in August. Close to shops and a short walk to the beach. The breakfast was amazing and was something to look forward to every morning. Pools are family-friendly and the apartment was clean and had all add-ons needed.

Great location, great personnel, great content in resort, comfortable bed, walkable to beach,great breakfast, in our case included in price, great meals in restaurant in the resort which you pay additionaly for great price. Great music in the resort. Pools are awesome. This object has everything for a great and comfirtable stay. I would reccomend it always! Only one thing really bothered me - the service at the restaurant in the evening was a mess. Waiters were walking between tables wondering who ordered the food or drinks they had on their trays. We had issues with our orders 4 days out of 5.

Location was great 5-10min walking distance to shallow sandy beach. Our grand floor apartment had everything we needed right opposite of the pool. The breakfast was good and the staff nice. The hotel is proper family oriented which was the biggest value for our daughters. We had to push all our pre-planned activities in the afternoon cause they wanted to attend the kids club! And we had to return to the hotel by 19:30 cause they couldn't miss the evening games, dance, program and karaoke. Pab is a showman who entertained not only my girls but us too.

The apartments have no lift, so we had to walk up stairs to the 4th floor each time, which wasn't great especially in the heat. We stayed for the evening entertainment one evening, which was very much geared towards young children only - not at all for the adults or teenagers. We waited 30 minutes for a drink order to be taken and drinks brought to the table - we left after one drink and went down the town. I'm sure it suits families staying with very young children (under 5's) but not for us. The breakfast buffet was pretty limited I found, it was just ok. There was the usual reserving of sunbeds going on, with towels put out early morning reserving beds for the whole day. We saw the towels being removed in the morning before 9am but otherwise, no other monitoring by staff for the rest of the day where beds were clearly not being used until late afternoon, if at all. Shortage of parasols in pool area as well, could do with investing in a few more.

The location was great, just a few minutes from the beach, shops, bars and restaurants very close by. The room was clean and comfortable, everyone commented on how comfortable the beds were. The room was cleaned almost every day we stayed, which was a bonus. The staff were all very nice, friendly and welcoming which was lovely. The pool area was always clean and there are 2 bigger pools and 1 baby pool so plenty of space for everyone.

I respect the pool lifeguard has a job to do, and it's good to be hypervigilant in that role, but he gave me attitude for having alcoholic drinks by the pool because there were children around. Essentially told me to watch my cups as if some children were going to drink from them, even though they were located right next to me at arms' length and within view the entire time. Not really an issue, but was unnecessary policing. Pool closes at 7 PM which isn't horrendous, but in the summer months when it doesn't get fully dark until 10 PM, it feels a bit early. Luckily the beach is only about a 10 minute walk away, so if you need a couple more hours of water and sun, that's a quick fix

Good value and location. Comparable size/quality rooms in other areas of the island appeared to be 100-200 EUR more for a stay of 3+ nights Breakfast buffet (11 EUR/adult, 5.5 EUR/child) is ok if you're only there a few days, but the lack of variety might be an issue if you plan to eat there more than 2 or 3 times. Requested high floor to reduce noise (which was provided), but I thought there was only 3 stories, not 4. Lugging baggage (or just your own body weight) to a 4th floor with no lift can be exhausting. Not the property's fault. The hotel is located on a street 5-10 min walk from an endless amount of restaurants and bars, and there is a small market next door. Kind of a party scene for a lot of British, Irish and German tourists. The hotel itself is more family oriented and relaxed, but a few minutes away are some party hotels with lots of stag groups and other raucous 18-25 year olds. We didn't have an issue with street noise. If you are renting a car, it is easy to temporarily park in front of the hotel for a couple minutes to load/unload baggage or people, but the paid parking is not ideal if you are driving an SUV or a larger car. The workers at the reception desk were very helpful in providing information about street parking. There are a couple free parking lots within 5 min walking, one of which usually always had a few spots open.

I had requested a downstairs apparentment for my mother as she has reduced mobility and can not do stairs, and there are no lifts available to get to the rooms. However, this was not communicated to the hotel for some reason, and she was placed in an apartment on the very top floor. However, they tried their best to get her room changed the following morning she was moved to an apartment that was only up 1 flight of stairs. This was welcomed. However, it was still a struggle for my elderly mother. There is entertainment for the children in the evenings. However, this started quite early and ended early as well. Pool does not open until 10 am, and if you leave your towels down before then, the staff removes them

The hotel is clean and the staff are very helpful and friendly. Receptionist went the extra mile for us when my mother needed a wheelchair. Had a brilliant time, the pool area is not huge but it is an ok size.

The beds are uncomfortable and in the bedroom there is no aircon so it is hard to be able to sleep. Other than that, no issues.

Pab and Milly, the entertainers are the absolute BEST! Breakfast is amazing, the staff are friendly and helpful. The location is excellent, it was our third time in Aparthotel and we keep coming back. :) Also, the new pool is a brilliant addition!

Took 2 hours to find booking.com call it different name plus it's a one way street with restricted parking and expensive. Got our pick up time for trip wrong and we had to get taxis Need a bigger pool.

In the hotel...nothing. Everything was great. The area is full of irish pubs. Not really our thing.

Fantastic resort. Breakfast was really good with plenty of choice. The whole staff were very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend staying here. Our 3,5 year old grandson also loved the pool and the kids evening activities.

Too many stairs, no lift. Air con was right above 3rd bed. Plenty of sunbeds but people were allowed to place towels and leave them unoccupied for hours. Not enough sun umbrellas
