Biggest issue is the bathroom. Everything works but it's somewhat dated and quite narrow. My knees were touching the wall when sat on the toilet and I'm barely 162cm so a taller person may struggle. The shower head would also not stay in position and kept falling down.

Really nice place. Room isn't huge and there was no storage but more than adequate for 1 person for a short stay. Self check in was easy. Roof terrace was lovely and had great views, i'm just sad I didnt have time to make more use of it! Location is amazing too so close to the Alcazar and Catedral.

Just a few minor details to note: It would have been more convenient to have a mirror and a small bin in the room itself, rather than only in the bathroom. Also, there was limited space for placing personal items in the room, and the shower could benefit from a small shelf or corner to keep toiletries like shampoo. Nothing major, just small things that could make the stay even more comfortable.

The best possible location in Seville! The hotel is literally next to the entrance of the Real Alcázar — you can’t get a better spot than this. It’s comfortable, clean, peaceful, and very reasonably priced. Even though the reception isn’t technically open 24/7, there was always someone available to help and guide us whenever we needed anything. We were very satisfied with our stay, and if we ever come back to Seville, this will definitely be the only place we choose to stay!

The staff were very friendly. The room and bed were comfortable, bathroom a bit small but good shower. Lovely little seating area with coffee and tea during the day. Fantastic location, and also quiet at night.

The toilet was too close to wall but not much to about that. It would be nice to have umbrellas upstairs on deck for sitting during the daytime.

I live the location and amenities of the room. The design of the room was pleasant and very functional. I enjoyed the upstairs deck for sitting at night. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Quite a bit of humidity you can smell it , and the room was relatively small it depends what room you get , if you get the inside court facing it can be worse , we got the street facing which is way better but can be a bit noisy

Great location , impossible to be more central, same block as the cathedral. Very nice decoration and easy to manage with staff. Good terrace.

The room I had was small ( but I knew this when I booked ) bathroom was also small ( could not sit on toilet properly!!) No 24 hour reception ( but again knew this when I booked ) No safe in room , but hotel is very secure

The hotel is only a couple of minutes walk to the cathedral, with plenty of restaurants and cafes to get food and breakfast Room was cleaned every day , Wi-fi was excellent, staff were very helpful, I had early morning flight in the morning and the guy in reception booked taxi for me at 4.45 ( which turned up on time ) Codes to enter hotel were sent to me the day before and had know problems getting in hotel

Nothing that we didn’t like. A mirror in the main room would have been nice. Note that as it is a central location, there can be a bit of ambient noise - particularly horses and vehicles passing over the cobbled streets but this is unavoidable if you want to be literally 30 seconds from the Alcazar.

The property is in an ideal location for all the main tourist attractions. It is excellent value for money and the staff very friendly and helpful. I would strongly recommend it.

Because the room was very very small and the window covering had to be closed for privacy, it felt claustrophobic at times .

Located at the entrance to Real Alcazar an across the square from the cathedral. Could not be a better location. Everything was comfortable, quant, and clean. I would give it a 10 if the coffee was set up earlier in the morning. Not a big deal as around the corner 50 feet are numerous cafes.

I really would recommend this place, just don’t get the single room as the toilet is so small that doesn’t fit a person to sit straight on the seat.

The room is very small. No place to put your suitcase. Bathroom is tiny — if you’re over 6ft tall you’ll have your knees pressed against the wall when you use the toilet. No glasses/cups in the room. Street noise can be loud. No promised coffee or sweets.

Relatively close to many attractions. Building was clean and safe. Nice balcony view in our room. Decent price.
