Convenient & comfortable for a travel stopover. The cafeteria food is very good value; lots of choice and a great social hub for the locals which added to the ambience.

Guernseywe could hear a lot of noise in the corridor included Wi-Fi a bit iffy, one minuet it was fine and the next very poor. OK for the odd email, but no good for streaming. Restaurant doesn't open until 20.30hrs a bit too late after a long drive.

As hotels go, it is a pleasant place to say. The twin single beds are massive. The staff are friendly and were very helpful when my wife had a mild medical problem.

United KingdomThe check in was not a great experience. There was a language barrier and the reception area was loud with children and the nearby crowded bar but the receptionist seemed more intent chatting to her colleague than giving us a welcome. The breakfast buffet was adequate, if a little processed and packaged. It quickly filled with the coach tour party that stayed overnight.
We were looking for an overnight stay between Toledo and Madrid and this fitted the bill. The hotel is near an industrial area but on the edge of a quiet village. It was an easy 10 minute stroll into the village square which claims some linkage to Cervantes of Don Quixote fame and there are a few quirky modern sculptures to admire. The hotel itself seems popular with the locals and seems part of the community. Room and shower were good with large king size bed. The food in the restaurant was good quality and value for a hotel.

PortugalStaff is fine, but seems a bit overworked and stressed out by doing multiple things at the same time, so they don't pay much attention to us, which is understandable given the circumstances. About the room, the only thing I would say is I hated that long pillow, but that's a personal preference.

United KingdomNo kettle or tea/coffee facilities in room, very thin sheets not very warm. Room had clearly been cleaned but not to a high standard, we had a few hairs on our towels etc. not sound proof, we could hear all coming and goings in the hotel and all the traffic outside. A strong smell of sewer outside the hotel too.
The property was a good location south of Madrid, a very good, powerful and hot shower. Large bed. Staff spoke quite good English at reception desk. good view from room.

SingaporeWe complained that the room was too warm (28 degree celsius) and we could not control the air con. Staff told us that the air condition is centralized and we can't do anything to cool the room. Staff told us to open the windows so as to let cool air into the room. We did that but we had to bear with the unpleasant smell from outside (was it the farmland around us?). The room only started to cool off after 1 am. We thankfully managed to get some sleep after 2am. They advertized as a 4 star hotel with air condition. I obviously disagree as it was our worst stay in Spain. The best part was we only stayed one night. We happily left in the morning. Those staying here during the warmer months better be aware

NetherlandsBreakfast was very basic. Personnel behind the reception seemed quite uninterested. Very bad smell (sewer) around the hotel, but it was in a week of heavy rain so it could be because of that. Indoor the smell was not so noticeable.

South Africa-old needs a revamp definitely not 4 stars -we were followed from the hotel 35km to the city … my mother noticed and sure enough when my husband turned our car toward them and we started taking pics they drove off … this was after about 50 minutes very scary … got back to hotel and asked for footage … they saw the guys clearly jump into their cars and follow us they said we could call the police but they didn’t show us the footage of the one guy who was standing in the foyer who my mom and daughters remembered clearly and exactly where he was standing … beware if you still want to book here … very high security risk

United StatesPlace has a breakfast buffet and a cafeteria. They closed the buffet and sent us to the cafeteria, where options were less, and we order stuff that they never brought ( we got tire of waiting and left). People in the cafeteria was more interested in paying customers than we who were on the hotel breakfast. For what we ended up getting, we overpayed for the breakfast since we could have just gone to the cafeteria and order the same for way less than what we payed.
Hotel has 24 hour lobby so you can arrive late and have a room ready for you. Parking is huge and free.
