The policy they have! ( we arrived 2pm at the check in time supposedly and cant check in until 6pm because the reason is a lot of guest overstay and didnt check out at time of check out which is supposedly 11am! We ask the 2 lady at the front and they said its illegal to tell them to leave! Never heard of that policy! We told to the two employee to charge those guest and they said they cannot! So a lot of guest complain that they cannot check in on time because of some guest that dont want to check out right away cause they let them stay until 2pm 3pm even 4pm And also there is 2 guest that they give a room already and then the guest go to the room already and comeback down again to the lobby because they room that the frontdesk agent give is still have a guest staying! LOL

Hotel is really clean and they provided coffee and some snacks everyday! And has gym!

The air freshener at the entryway was a little too strong. Power went out at hotel one evening for several hours. Took a while to get manager and get person in to repair.

Nothing really but just hardly accessible by car and taxi for entrance but it’s ok

Great location in Gothic area close to beach and Rambla. Spacious room and comfortable beds. Fast wireless internet. Great amneties in room and toilets. Good working Air conditioning. Yummy breakfast and coffee. Staff welcoming and helpful. Overall clean, modern and secure.

I loved it all. No complaints!

The location was phenomenal! Was very central to a lot. Walking distance to the beach, plenty of great food options, the mall and the ferry to Ibiza.

There was one light above our door we didnt know how to turn off. And a fridge would of been ideal in the room, especially during a heatwave, to keep any room drinks cold.

The staff are lovely and very attentive! The location is great, just a short walk away to La Rambla, the beach and close to the Metros. Lovely clean hotel away from the hustle and bustle.

There was no atmosphere there, didn’t see any other guests and there were no bar/social facilities to enjoy. Very bland and staff were few and far between

As hard as we tried, we couldn't get the air-conditioning to really cool the room. It was bearable, but we were hoping for a little more reprieve from the humid heatwave.

Really friendly and welcoming staff. The room was clean and had everything we needed. Very large double bed which was really comfortable. Large shower with a rainfall shower head which was a nice touch. Would definately stay here again. Very boutique place; they've done the decor really well.

Driving to the location was tricky because of all the road closures and pedestrian only areas. Took us an extra 45 minutes to arrive. If there were clear instructions on which roads to take, we wouldn’t have had the problem.

We found the bathroom very awkward as the door doesn’t seal and is transparent so everything inside can be seen and heard! Maybe ok for a couple but a little uncomfortable for three friends traveling together

Attractive building, centrally located, just a few blocks away from the busiest sections of the city. Lovely room with attractive view!

Excellent location (in San Martin Plaza) and beautiful property, as well as the room. Felt special and luxurious. The breakfast, while more expensive than we paid at most places, was extensive and delicious. In comparison to breakfasts at other hotels, this breakfast was the best! Staff were courteous and helpful. Excellent stay!

When I arrived, there was a very bad smell in the building (my room smelled fine though). It came and went during my days there (sewage smell). I think they need to invest in some air fresheners. The overall value for money paid does not really seem worth it compared to other hotels, that being said I am going to rebook with them because it was “good enough”. Just don’t expect anything fancy.

The location is one of the best things about this property - south end of el Barri Gòtic so it’s a little away from the maddening crowds but still walkable to everything. The staff are very nice and helpful. There is also a whisky bar attached to the hotel with a great selection of American and Japanese whiskies! The room had very cold AC, which was great for my American sensibilities.

Staff is not as friendly. If traveling with children, or just friends there is no privacy for the bathroom. The door is a glass door with a privacy film on it but it is still see through. Not sure if all the rooms are the same but it was a little weird when the beds are just in front of the bathroom.

Very central to area attractions. Easy to walk ( during the day). Clean place and very quiet. Would never know the hotel was full.

Difficult to get to by car as lots of construction in the area not the fault of the hotel.

Nice modern interior in old building great location spacious room with small balcony great shower! Plenty of lovely sitting areas! Complimentary tea/coffee/water in reception.
