We felt like home at Casa Hawaii. Big and comfortable beds, toys for kids to play on the sand, in the sea, very nice hosts open to feedback and willing to make all efforts for their guests to feel good at their location.

Would have preferred beds to be a little softer and few more extra pillows. AC in one room was temperamental but we were very grateful that the host was very quick to getting it fixed asap

Location was perfection! 10 second walk to the stunning beach, 2 minute walk to the nearest petrol station and Eroski (supermarket) but 6 minute drive to Lidl if you prefer that. Delicious restaurant directly opposite the house open 6 days. 2 minute drive from the strip of shops, bars and restaurants with lots of fun nights out. Host kind enough to store some bits in the house I.e. seasonings, drinks and beach equipment which was excellent. Will most certainly be back!!

Too many mosquito which we do not expect, but it is not related to the house but the entire island.

Everything. I booked the house 1 year earlier and everything is beyond my expectation. We got the house earlier than normal check in time because Cati knows we arrived. The location is 2 mins away to the beach side and extremely convenient. In side the house, everything is prepared even with sun umbrella, toys for kids, beach towel etc. Rooms are very comfortable and we all had good sleep :) I really like the fan in the living room instead of air conditioning, the wind is much more friendly and calm, it calms down the heat very fast when we are back from the beach. Kitchen is very well equipped and clean, you can prepare all our meals as we wanted. Hawaii restaurant is just opposite to the house, food is great especially the paella and fried calamari and also cocktail. We always have our meal in the terrace which has sun umbrella. Solar shower in the terrace is super convenient after coming back from the beach to remove the sand. We had a very pleasant stay, owner is very friendly and helpful. We definitely recommend here and we already said we will come back next year :) Thanks a lot Cati to host us!

Warm water and electricity suffiency. We couldn’t use stove and washing machine at the same time. More than 3 persons might suffer warm water loss if they all use shower during one hour.

Nothing, I absolutely recommend.

The location of the house was perfect - the nearest beach was very nice, supermarket just a few minutes by walk, no problem with parking, and we had breakfast every day at "L'Épicerie" (5 minutes on foot) - very good coffee and bakery and other stuff like vegetables, fuet, etc. The house itself was nice, spacious and clean. The terrace was also nice, especially that it is near living room, so the kids can be inside watching TV or sleep and the adults can have a nice glass of wine or dinner outside. The fence around the garden is well made so we were not interrupted by walkers on the street at all. There is a big grill available which was also nice to have. The hosts kindly prepared for us some baby staff, communication was very good. Be aware there is a bigger hotel opposite the house, and there are some programs every evening, starting from 20:30 until 23:00 if I remember correctly. I read in some reviews that it is too noisy and annoying, but for us it was not a problem at all, we mostly made fun of it and even dance or sing - it is about your state of mind if you will hate or love it or just live with it :) Also, if you are in the house and close the windows, there is no chance to hear it.

We didn't realise the nearby shops would be closed for the winter, but there are supermarkets and plenty of restaurants within a 2km drive.

Located very close to the beach this is a pleasant house with three bedrooms. Nicely decorated. Well-equipped kitchen. Comfortable beds. We visited in December so the area was very quiet, but there are bars, shops and restaurants nearby which would be open in the summer. In winter it's best to have a car to access the nearby port for shopping and eating. This is the quieter side of Mallorca and has interesting towns, ports and beaches, and lovely scenery, within short driving distances. Driving from the airport takes around 45 minutes.

There was nothing in the kitchen, not even a grain of salt. (Ok, there were a few filters for the americano machine.) No oil, no sugar, no coffee or tea just as a nicety. Although the house was really clean, some of the kitchenware were dirty in the drawers - but I guess it was probably just a bad chance, they were washed up hastily; it wasn't a big deal. The street is in a calm area but there is a big hotel juts opposite to the house, where they had loud music and live entertainment every night till late.

It is a semi detached house literally 50 m from a nice and well kept beach with sunbeds and umbrellas for a reasonable fee and also with a free area where you can just put down your beach towels on the sand. The yard is all paved and pretty bare, so not much use, but the terrace is nice for breakfasts and dinners. You can park your car for free on the street just front of the house. There are plenty of groceries and other shops within walking distance and the house is well equipped in general. We didn't need their assistance but the hosts made us sure they were there in case we needed them, which was a nice thing. We asked for some beach towels in advance and they were all prepared for us.
