Floor in room needed a good clean, the suites over the road which we stayed are great, but very noisy, we had several people or groups wake us up, one group in the pool at 4am

Unfortunately the walls of the hotel room didn't prevent us hearing the noisy neighbors. Called security in the early hours on a number of occasions. Being next door to Magaluf you can expect the noisier guest, it goes with the territory I guess. One bed was very uncomfortable the other was okay.

Choice of food was excellent. A nice pool right next to the sea with direct sea access for swimming. Fabulous pool bar was on hand serving drinks and food. Location of the hotel was excellent and all the staff we very polite and very helpful.

There weren't enough seats around the pools. If you hadn't put your towel early in the morning on the available ones you had to sit at the bar or snack bar but we just went with the kids to the beach :)

A little up hill to get into the front reception Unless you use the side of the hotel and used the lifts. Food a little boring in the evenings the same every day. Trying to get sunbed in the morning, you have to be down at 7.45 as it’s pretty busy, a little stress full if you want to lie in. From time to time we had a bad smell in the bathroom the drains I think Otherwise everything else was spot on!! 😆

At the pool bar we should wait a lot of time to get a coffee or drinks. I think that coffee, water and drinks should be available at many places.

The stuff were very friendly, the food was very delicious and was near the beach. I'm planning to come again here.

The cleaning service was not at the peak of the task, the towels were changed daily (except for the last day) but the bed sheets were changed after several days. The safe was not working, maybe you can fix that. :) The cocktails were not very good, if you really like to drink them I would recommend some real cocktail bar.

First, the food was AMAZING! Breakfast and dinner were excellent, there were different kinds of cuisines, such as Italian, Spanish, Asian, Mexican… compliments to the chefs! All kinds of drinks were ok, but I would recommend white wine and beer. The rooms are not so big, but the beds were comfortable. The hotel is right next to the sea, but if you don’t like climbing up the street and stairs then it’s not right choice for you. Hotel offers beach towels with deposit and that is amazing, you don’t have to bring your own.

It was very cold in the canteen. The air conditioning blows from above you while you are wet. There is a queue at the bar to drink in the evening before closing. They have no smoking area at all. In the suisse building the doors do not seal, there is a gap from the floor and every noise can be heard inside while you sleep. Otherwise we have already highly recommended it.

Although I found my stay comfortable, due to the set up of the suite it gets quite noisy. The suite is set up with the bedroom first as you walk in, followed by the bathroom then the living room. If it was set up where the bedroom is where the living room is, it'll be more quieter whilst sleeping. The WiFi also cut off frequently The buffet was plentiful but not the best. I unfortunately got an upset stomach after eating something that wasn't cooked well

The location is great, a few steps from the beach, and just 30 mins from the airport. There are shops very close by to get any essentials, food, clothes, souvenirs, you name it they'll have it. Its also a few minutes walk from the Magaluf strip with plenty bars, clubs and restaurants. I loved the facilities, you'll have all that you'll need. And if you're going with kids, I truly recommend this hotel. The kids club is amazing. They hold a mini disco wvery night for this kids. This is a great family hotel, my 4 year old had the time of her life You'll be well catered for, a good selection of food, drink and entertainment. They have a laundry room where you can wash and iron your clothes. I found this very convenient as I just ironed my clothes in one go and hung them up in the wardrobe ready for the next days I stayed in one of their family suites, located in another building across the street from the main building. This building also has its own pool and sky bar The staff are extremely helpful and friendly.

I was very disappointed to find a cockroach in the bathroom during my stay. It was quite upsetting and not something we expected from a hotel of this standard. Cleanliness is very important, and unfortunately, this issue affected our overall experience. And the staff didn’t care about the situation.

The food in the pool bar was horrible. We ordered a burger, a salad and a hotdog and we couldn’t eat it. We stayed four nights and the room wasn’t cleaned once. The cleaning lady would only make the beds not even well made. We had to go to reception to ask for shower soap and toilet paper. It’s a shame that they let people save the loungers by the pool for a whole day even if they’re not there.

The hôtel was beautiful, very well located, 2 swimming pools. The rooms were well furnished. We had half pension, the breakfast and dinner was excellent, with lots of options and very varied.

The weekend I stayed was €300 for 3 nights which was acceptable, the next weekend would’ve cost twice as much which would’ve made feel like I’d been ripped off
