They did play different kinds of music in the bar and outside in the terrace and a bit too loud.

Not being able to reduce the noise with the doors that were there. No kettle in the room meant we couldn’t make a cup of tea. And a small fridge would have been good but I could put things in the hotel fridge.

Its proximity to the train was excellent for catching the train but a bit more noisy than I would have liked being in the room closest to the stairs. Further in might be better. The corridor doors did not close and that also would have been beneficial. There is a great little coffee and breakfast place over the railway line $3.20 Euro for coffee and desajuno.

Breakfast not included in price. There was a bar where pastries and sandwiches could be bought, but there should be more choice.

No air conditioner. The shower is good, but water easily gets outside. Due to the central position, it can be noisy on Saturday nights.

Very central in Amorebieta, walking distance to bars, restaurants, etc. Big room with comfortable beds and a complete bathroom. Simple, but good value for money.

Not easy to find. Sat nav takes you to the front of the hotel. You need to go around the back to access car park. There are yellow signs to follow.

Was close to bars, restaurants, and shops. Clean and tidy. Nice coffee / Bar on premises. We were with two dogs and had a balcony.

Advert said restaurant, breakfast. There was no restaurant and no breakfast, just a bar. Also, very poor restaurants in vicinity. Railway line at bottom of garden, warning of trains loud.

Comfortable beds and clean towels

My sat-nav informed me that the location was on the main street and so did google earth but, they were wrong. The placement of the Hotel on Google was the way that I found the Hotel. There was no aircon in the room and a tram / railway line runs right along side of the Hotel with tram / trains passing every 10-15 minutes until late. Also the Hotel beer garden is used by the locals and they hung around until after midnight. The window had to stay open in an attempt to keep the room cool so it was loud, tried shutting the window to no avail due to them being single panel and the room too hot. Paid for breakfast and informed by reception that it starts at 09:00hrs. 09:00hrs arrived but breakfast didn't and no one on reception to ask. Stayed until 10:15hrs still no Hotel staff or breakfast so I left. Paid £10 for breakfast and received nothing in return, Left my door key on the desk on the way out.

The room was large enough and that's about it.

Bed was old and uncomfortable. Staff on reception weren't overly helpful ... gave us key to room then no instructions on where the room was, although this could easily be due to language barrier. Common in lots of European hotels, it would have been great to have a kettle in the room.

I nedled a good night sleep before a very busy day. It turned out that the hotel was next to a stage what music played very loud up to 2-3 am. When I was leaving just outside the there was plainty of drunken people and I did feel safe. Additionally the car park is tiny and I had to find a spot in the town.

The room was ok in terms of space.

The fact that I was locked in the next morning and had difficulty exiting the hotel. There were no staff to assist. Also there were people drinking outside the hotel in the car park until 3am and they were very noisy.

in general the hotel needs some refurbishment, bathroom taps quite old, no shades on lampshades and even though with double glazing, quite a few noises from outside
