No fresh orange juice

The unique stunning location within the banana trees plantation! What an experience!!! You can hear the sound from the sea, being able to enjoy the stars at night and the moonlight in silence. During the day, you can enjoy the sunbathing, sauna, swimming pool, jacuzzi. Breakfast is exceptional!! I missed fresh orange juice, but a part from that, all was delicious, taste, well kept at the fridge at the breakfast terrace “platform” and you take it to the table when you are ready to have it. The views from that spot were unbelievable, unreal and unbeatable in this area of island🤩 I have to mention the great service delivered by Sandra and the other member of the staff that assisted us during the breakfast whose name I have forgotten now. Thank you so much! We will be back for sure soon!

Beautiful surroundings and views. The apartment was very very clean, I was very positively surprised. All utilities you could possibly need for cooking were there. Just fabulous. The only thing that could be slightly better is the breakfast, as the choices were abbot limited. But what they had tasted good.

Lovely cozy unusual place! Perfect for couples or groups of friends who prefer to avoid touristy places, wanna be in a romantic secluded place with all the comforts. It's located in the middle of a banana plantation. Peace and quiet all around, with birds singing. At night, stars, the moon, and absolute silence. There's a pool, jacuzzi, a small nice sauna and a truly wonderful open terrace with tables on an elevated level, right among the treetops of the banana plants. The room, or rather the apartment with a kitchen, living room, and two bedrooms where I stayed, was impeccably clean. The scent was delightful, the bed was comfortable, the bed linen was fragrant and fresh, and the kitchen towels were spotless, the toilet and shower - excellent clean. There were the welcome bottle of wine. The only thing you need to be aware of is the check-in process and communication with the reception. There are no English-speaking staff at the reception. If you don’t speak Spanish, you will have to rely entirely on Google Translate to communicate. Secondly, the check-in process itself: when you arrive, it’s very likely that no one will answer the phone and reception will be closed. You’ll need to find, on your own, a set of printed instructions and your room number placed on a wooden bench to the right of the hotel entrance. You’ll see your name there along with all the necessary information. Other guests helped me find this, and later, newly arriving guests saw me and asked for help—and I assisted them in the same way. The hotel staff are friendly, helpful, and at the same time pleasantly unobtrusive - if you manage to catch them😁 There’s one more thing you should take into account. If, like me, you are a solo traveler without a car, be aware that the road leading to the hotel goes through a banana plantation, and it is completely unlit after dark—all the way to the hotel. It’s about a 10-minute walk.

Room was a bit dark

Although a bit wiggly to get to, the location was stunning amidst the banana plantation. Idyllic breakfast location overlooking this and the sea. Facilities were great, room was not the most modern and a little dark but all functioned well and was very comfortable. Would definitely return.

The check in is not that easy, we arrived after 9 pm, nobody was there, I tried to call them, but because of the lack of english language skills, we could talk only via WhatUp.

We really liked the location of the accomodation, the milieu was beautiful! The spa section was good, really enjoyed the jacuzzi under the stars... :) It is very easy to park, every apartment has its own place.

They can diversify a bit the breakfast, there are not so many options, but they were delicious.

Stunning location in the middle of a banana plantation. Definitely a unique accommodation, away from the hustle and bustle, and perfect for relaxation. A bonus is that they offer a parking spot for each apartment, as well as a pool and jacuzzi.

We stayed in the Tenerife apartment no. 1 with a huge terrace overlooking the ocean and Teide. We spent two nights there during a two-week trip around the island. If we had to choose a place for a quiet holiday - this location is very good. Peace and quiet, a place run with love, where you can feel at home. Perfectly clean. Welcome tempranillo and water. You open the freezer to cool the wine, and you find ice cubes prepared for drinks. You open the cabinet to find a cloth - you also find mosquito spray. Everything thought out in detail, including hand sanitizer. 2 types of coffee makers and a drip coffee maker - charming. 2 sets of towels and pool towels. Hair dryer. Gel and shampoo - in the bathroom with a view of the ocean. Good communication on whatsup/phone. Parking space assigned to the room. For breakfast, hot and cold drinks, prepared plates with chorizo, ham and cheese. Desserts made of granola and yoghurt, croissants. The apartment has a well-equipped kitchen - you can prepare hot breakfasts. WiFi - available, in the event of power outages, which can happen, you are not left without communication due to good telephone coverage (mobile internet). We did not experience any problems with this. By the pool, jacuzzi and sauna - a place to prepare meals. In the town there are a grocery store and few restaurants. It is worth taking a flashlight with you if you want to walk back to the plantation after sunset. Las Arenas beach is a walking distance along the sea near the golf course. From Buenavista there is a bus to Punta de Teno for 1 euro every hour - a place worth seeing. No problems with cash or credit card payments. We arrived late, so we made formal check-in the day after arrival.

Please, put the nets against insects into all windows so it can be left open the whole day. Ground floor apartment was also quite humid.

Unfortunately a very hard mattress meant we didn’t sleep very well at all. No air conditioning in the room - not a problem in March but would be in the summer. Breakfast was good, but no option for toast or cereal and fruit was limited.

Lovely spot very unique, photos don’t do it justice. We had a beautiful sunset. Nice to have cooking facilities in the room. Lovely pool area with two hot tubs aswell.

The host is not polite with his guests, I am not sure why he aggressively talk to me thinking I am planning to escape and he will call the police!! The electricity cut out twice. Unsure if this is due to the property or overall providers in Tenerife. Shower in the room had some difficulties keeping a consistent temperature.

This is a fantastic property overall. The breakfast was superb, the views on location were gorgeous (this includes view of the night sky and view over the surrounding area during the day), and most of the facilities were great. Even though the property is relatively remote, some of the larger towns (eg: Puerto de la Cruz, Garachico) were easily within driving range for excursions or lunch / dinner sessions.

Despite location being beautiful it was many winding roads to get to which we weren’t expecting. You definitely need a car to get to it.
