Everything ... felt right at home. A lovely hacienda in a wonderful rural location amongst olive groves. Sylvie and her husband Xavier are warm and charming hosts that provide special touches to their place that make it unique and welcoming. Breakfast provided was fresh and delicious and my husband and I enjoyed the dinner offering. Highly recommend and would not hesitate to return.

Unfortunately, the floor cooling was not as efficient as a normal air condition, so the nights wear a bit too hot for my liking.

Beautiful Hacienda in the middle of the Olive groves. Never-ending views from everywhere. One of my favourite swimming pools ever! Just paradise! Very friendly owners who prepared a delicious breakfast every morning. Beautiful area surrounding the Hacienda. The nearby town of Priego de Córdoba was very charming with narrow streets full of flowers

The Hacienda is a jewel located in a beautiful area, surrounded by heals of olive trees. Our unit we had a charming courtyard overlooking the hillside. Our hosts gave us good suggestions for touring the area. We also had a delicious dinner at the place. We highly recommend for those who need a break for few days from the busy towns.

Nothing - everything was perfect!

We had the most incredible week staying at Hacienda el Tarajal. From the stunning views of the hills and mountains and olive groves, the beautifully decorated house and rooms, terrace and pool area to all the little details - we couldn’t have asked for a more perfect stay! We wanted a quiet, relaxed holiday away from the city, with day trips and evenings out, and it was the perfect place for this. Natasja and Dirk are such wonderful hosts, giving loads of tips of things to do and good restaurants in the local area. They also offer a delicious dinner menu a couple of times a week which you shouldn’t miss! They have created the most beautiful space and it’s now one of my favourite places to stay in Spain. I would recommend it to anyone and hope to go back one day!

That we could not stay longer.

We had a wonderful stay at the Hacienda el Tarajal. Actually we spend our honeymoon at the place and it couldn‘t be better. The location looks magically between hundreds of olive trees. Depending on the time of day, you always have a different, but always beautiful, stunning view combined with a tranquility which calms you immediately down. The house, the interieur, the decoration and the all the details around are really lovely choosen. You can see Natashas good taste in every corner. It is really clean and comfortable as well. Both of them, Natasha and Dirk, are such lovely, heartwarming persons. They help you in every case and make you feel home very quick. They recommend you so many things (e.g. super great visit at one stunning wineyard) they are interested in their guests and needs. This is something really special. You definitely need to chose their barbecue. It was a night (actually nights, as we booked it two times) which we won‘t forget. Great food, super wine and great conversations will always held in our memory. Natasha and Dirk, you are great. Keep on going! And, warm greetings to our friend Pepa ❤️

An amazing little hotel in a quiet part of Andalusia, yet close to a lovely little town for the odd day trip and dinner and just 90 mins from Granada for the bigger days out. It’s a delightful oasis in nature and the pool area perfect for whiling away the days in the sun - we had it to ourselves more often than not. The breakfast was lovely, a good continental offering and freshly baked cakes. Dinner is offered a few nights each week and was exceptional.

Noise insulation is not optimal but who cares. There are only a couple of rooms (I think 5) and knowing each other from breakfast and dinner makes this whole experience a non-forgettable one.

This Dutch couple is beyond everything. I've never seen so much attention to detail in my life as much as I've seen from them. The pool area, the garden, the dinner, the rooms, the design, etc. This place is a piece of paradise, quiet, yet amidst tranquil olive groves, yet within 1 hr distance to both Sevilla and Cordoba. Even the Andalasian coastline is merely 1.5 hrs drive from that super location. You can think of this Hacienda as a place of retreat and tranquility, yet offering so much on a daily trip basis. The breakfast is one of the best I had. Nothing was not fresh and ingredients are bought latest the day before breakfast. The guy does amazing steaks and a dinner there is highly recommended. Thank you so much, dear Dirk and Natasja, for making my stay memorable.

beautiful landscape and ideal spot for hiking and seeing the area. didn’t feel touristy and was peaceful and welcoming, the hosts are very nice and great cooks. dinner recommended and wonderful breakfasts.

Fantastic boutique hotel in a magnificent location run with love and care by Natasha and Dirk. The place has peace and serenity, a horse, a pony, a dog, and endless outdoor opportunities.

Outstanding Villa with amazing views, beautiful garden and poolside area. Great hosts Dirk and Natasja made us feel very much welcome and spoiled us with lovely dinners. Villa is convinently located not far from Cordoba and Granada.

Lack of dining facilities in the area. The hotel offered evening dinner 3 days a week (and very good it was too - cooked on the outdoor bbq)). However, for the other days you would have to travel quite a distance to eat, although the owners did offer cold food on those days.

Beautiful scenery, hosts, easy parking. Very tranquil position with nothing but the superb views. The hosts were extremely friendly and helpful. Nice pool too.
