The area was very loud and you could hear very much noise from the street ! The bed and the pillows was extremely hard we couldn’t sleep at night ! We didn’t have iron in our apartment for our clothes !

The location was in a very good area, very close to “Passeig de Gracia” ! The apartement was spacious!

Checked in was a bit disorganised. No proper instructions on how to access the apartment. We discovered through trial and errors. Additionally, whilst we requested for early check-in, we were told it was not possible as the housekeeper was not around and no luggage storage facilities was available. Quite stressful moments for us. Could not understand why we couldn't access the apartment when access to the apartment was through digital locks. The beds were too soft..

The neighbourhood, facilities and prompt attention to our request for soup bowls. They immediately bought 4 new soap bowls for us.

Leaky shower, inflexible check-in times (no early check in), no readily available luggage storage except through external commercial provider.

We liked the location and the spaciousness including two bathrooms with a shower each. There‘s a great bakery right below the property.

The accommodation would have benefited with having comfier, (and more), pillows and more cups, teaspoons etc. Although there was a dishwasher there, this was rarely used as, for example. there were only 4 mugs for the 4 guests so had to wash them up to reuse every time. Sadly the welcome pack that included tea, coffee, sugar etc only had 2 teabags, (one English Breakfast and one herbal), so we had to toss a coin to see which 1 of the 4 guests got to enjoy a decent cuppa upon arrival. A small disappointment, but only for the 3 that lost.

Amazing location with everything nearby that is needed - great transport links, opposite a taxi rank, short walk to the metro, fabulous cafe downstairs for breakfast, lots of nearby good restaurants, and a too good to walk past ice cream parlour just one block away. Wifi within the apartment was good and the showers were pleasantly powerful. We appreciated the welcome pack left that included a starter pack of dishwasher tablets, washing up liquid, laundry tablets etc, plus there were plenty of toilet rolls in each bathroom which is always a bonus!

Not much. We were quite happy. Wouldn't have minded a better bottle opener. The bin instructions could be clearer.

Spacious apartment. Good shower. Kitchen well stocked. Good location to explore A/C unit was great. Lots of great bars close by.

Nobody met us at apartment. Apartment floor was 2 flights up, confusing door that leads to 2 apartments u need the app in order to open the door make sure u have WIFI VERY LOUD street noise all times of day and especially at night Pillows hard as rocks

Really big apartment, great location - 2-3 min walk from metro station, placa Catalunya and La Rambla, you can walk pretty much to everything from there, lots of restaurants around, small bakery just downstairs for breakfast. Great for bigger groups of friends or families.

There is a cozy breakfast spot located underneath the apartment building near the main entrance. Additionally, within walking distance of the building, there are other breakfast options including Spanish restaurants and Burger King.

Bedding, sheets, pillows, towels need to be replaced. They were old and dingy. The decorative pillows also had a smell of bedding.

There was only 1 full mirror in the while apartment and it was in one of the bedroom. That’s was a bit inconvenient for our group of female. The shower was super small in the hallways bathroom, and the shower doors didn’t close tightly making the floor super wet. Not enough toilet paper. No paper towels in the kitchen.

Location Location!!! What a great property walking distance to shopping, eating, and sightseeing. There was a cafe just outside the bld where we grab coffee before stating the day. The apt was super spacious with plenty of room for our group of 5. The apt was super clean and had everything you need it. Especially washer and dryer which was a plus. I saw some comments that the property was noisy, well you are in the middle of the city and it’s going to be noisy. There was construction going on but that didn’t bother us since we were out sightseeing the city during the day time. The property manager checked in the following day after check in to make sure everything was ok. I thought that wading a very nice touch. Definitely staying again when visiting Barcelona!

I didn't like that we were supposed to check in at 3 but the cleaning lady had just started cleaning when we arrived. So we couldn't get refreshed etc after the airport. Since we checked in several hours after I thought we d be able to leave our luggage a couple hours after check out, and collect it before heading to the airport, but I was told to leave the luggage at some rentable locker. It would have been a nice ending touch to be as accommodating as we were. Another bad part was partially related to you and I m just making you notice and maybe you can work around it, is the fact that our neighbours renting the apartment A woke us up thrice in the middle of the night (really really late). They had issues with the app and apparently your people wasn't available at the number. It s impossible to ignore as the interphone is really noisy and in the end I had to check what was going on and I had to let them in. They were rude but were stuck outside so I guess they had no other choice.

The location was fantastic, the apartment had every comfort you d need even for longer stays

There was a lot of noise coming from the street and the windows did not help to reduce the noise.

There was a nice coffee shop right beneath the apartment where you could get nice breakfast.

I didn't like the service at all, I asked for towels for 3 days and didn't receive them. Each time I called I had to explain the situation again and they would tell me that they will get them for me. At the end I told them that I needed them today and it is not normal that I can't shower because of them. Unfortunately, they did not make an effort to get them for me.

The location is very central, and therefore the street can be heard very well in the apartment. During the week it is recommended to sleep with hearing protection. Unfortunately, the windows do not keep out much of the noise.

A bit of street noise at night so if you stay in a lower floor, you have to make sure windows are closed. La Rambla can be busy even late in the evening.

Very convenient location, close to all sights yet a bit away from the busiest and touristy parts so it was very relaxing. There is an organic grocery store in the same block and coffee shops close-by.

They simply didn't provide us with a working link for the app to open the front door. We were standing on the street for 3 hours (it's Barcelona and it was really hot in August)talking with the support and staring at the front door, which was closed. No one came over to help with this issue. Would not recommend these apartments at all.

The apartment is wonderful: excellent location on Rambla, close to the subway, shops and turistic objectives, very clean and spacious, has all necesarry facilities. Nothing was missing. I definetely recommend it!!
