The first night, someone random rang the doorbell at 2 a.m. for 20 minutes straight. But that was a common thing in Barcelona.

It was a pleasant stay. The apartment was spacious and clean. Located very close to the Arc de Triomphe.

Comfortable and well equipped apartment. As a family it was great to have dishwasher and washing machine in the apartment. It was a nice surprise that apart from preparing a baby crib a team prepared a kids chair as well. Apartment with windows facing patio was quiet and the view was climatic. The location is excellent!

We had an issue with the door. It was supposed to be unlocked from an application but the application was offline due ro a technical issue. For 2 nights we were expecting for more than an hour outside waiting for a technician to open the door.This was a very bad experience

The living room and one bedroom face the street, so some noise from outside can penetrate through quite thin windows. the other two bedrooms are facing internal court - so much better for relaxed sleeping. Overall, the apartment is a little bit tired and worn out.

Great location, near Arc de Triumf and public transportation. several small groceries available in the surroundings, as well as a few cafeterias. Clean apartment with basic needs provided for toiletries and kitchen supplies. Spacious enough for 5 adults, having 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Some people complained about the deposit being returned late, but we had it back in a few days.

A worn-out sofa, a table that needs stabilizing, non-functional outlets, and overall, the apartment could use some refreshing-but it could be worse! Overall, a decent place!

Dogs bed cushions are prone to slip… but great if you have a group of 5 of course.

It as clean, spacious, beds comfortable, and had all amenities including Nespresso, dishwasher & washing machine with clothes horse, & body wash/shampoo & hand soap. It had a lift & access & instructions easy. It was nice to have some cleaning items & tea/coffee etc to get us started.

I didn’t realise it was self catering. Only 3 rolls of toilet paper for 5 nights. And limited bedding. Issues with some appliances but was promptly sorted.

The furniture in the apartment is very basic and there is no decoration or artwork at all. The towels were very low quality and very small, very basic toiletries. Two of the night lamps didn't work. Kitchen is very small and basic. In addition, be aware that host will require a 300 Euro security deposit to grant you the access code... and is not a card block only, but an actual charge; and host will take a few days to return it after checking out.

The location was exceptional. Literally one block away from Arc de Trionf / Parc Ciutadella and only a few blocks away from City Centre. The apartment was spacious (except kitchen) and comfortable beds as advertised. The access code app Nuki works very well once you get used to it.

The apartment was comfortable and spacious. The location was fantastic. Easy to get to tourist attractions either by foot or metro. Lots of great places to eat and drink nearby.

One of the rooms has a queen bed and the other room has a full bed. The description says that they are both Queen beds, but they are not. It would've been helpful to have extra cleaning supplies like paper towels. There is some wear and tear around the house, broken tiles, the wood floor delaminating in places, also we were unable to get the washer and dryer to turn on to dry.

The location was great, the apartment was big. The kitchen was great. We loved staying at this large property and the view/room looking out is really nice.

It is big problem with smart key open by app on phone , we are try to connected with host , and they are really helpful. But smart key is not work for us any day . We couldn’t open main door with smart key , have to wait someone from the building get in or get out ,then we can get in building . It very complicated. Only that is problem for us . But the apartment is great . Thank you

It was not really a problem for me, but be aware that once you book they will ask for a deposit of €300 to cover any damages. It is a charge, not a hold.

Perfect location. It is just a few steps from Arc de Triomf and easy access to the metro.

-the couce in the living room was quite uncomfortable - It will be a great ides to have the possibility to leave the luggage somewhere near or in the appartement house after check out to pick up it later (e.g. if the flight is in the evening or night)

Apartment was clean. Good location. Easy walk to numerous sites. Security app worked fine but we disliked not having a key that would open the apartment door. Had a key for the exterior door but not the apartment. My phone battery was running low and we had to go back to be sure we could get in. Get a key! Fix the shower head mount. Otherwise a great place to stay.

We really couldn't fault the apartment.

As a party of 4, we were very happy with the apartment - everything was clean and in very good condition, and communications were very helpful. The location is great because it's off a main street, so it's quiet, while still being very easy to access public transport and all the key sites. We loved being just around the corner from the Arc de Triomf and the adjoining parkland which was always full of activities. We would highly recommend this apartment to anyone who wants a relaxing stay in Barcelona.

The access key was thru a mobile app and if more than 1 person needs access to the apartment they will need to provide their emails to receive app access code to download the app on their mobile phone. Street noise can be a bother if you are a light sleepers staying in the bedroom facing the street. They could have provided extra toilet paper, soap/body gel/etc. knowing there is a group of 6 staying for 7 days. There was only 1 set of tiny bottle of shower gel/soap/conditioner for each of the 2 bathrooms.

Location was great, apartment had fully functional kitchen. There was enough closet space in each bedroom. Small safe was available in one of the bedrooms. A/C was central and cools off fast but some of the comforters were too hot for summer weather, wish there were sheets or thin blanket for those who don't use comforters in the summer. There is an elevator, which was great advantage when carrying multiple suitcases.
