Las Termas is more than just a hotel; it's an experience in itself. It is situated in an old, beautifully maintained 16th-century palace, a true miracle. The owner, Manolo, put in a lot of work to restore it to its former glory. Our room was spacious and comfortable, with a stunning wooden ceiling. The bathroom was also very large and elegant. Manolo took great care of us, preparing a delicious breakfast for us and inviting us to try his homemade wine. He was the best host you could ever hope for! Thank you for everything, Manolo, and I hope to see you again soon in Krakow! :)

The location was outstanding-on a narrow, quiet street in the center of the old part of town, one and a half blocks from the Cathedral and two blocks from a couple of excellent restaurants. Manolo, the proprietor, is most helpful and engaging. He bottles wine from a vineyard not far out of town, and shared a glass (it was excellent) with us in his wine cellar several evenings during our 9-day stay. Breakfast was simple, but very good.

Very minimal breakfast (orange juice, coffee, and a toast with ham and cheese OR a pastry): would have been nice to have some fruits, yoghurt and cereals options, for example. In colder months it would be an extra kindness to find the room already warm, but the heat pump works extremely well and the room stays warm super nicely after running it.

Historical building, tastfully renovated and furnished, comfy bed, the owner super friendly, parking in front of the door, awesome location to enjoy Guadix!

Everything was great.

We truly enjoyed and appreciated our stay with Manolo. We travelled Spain for a whole month and our stay with Manolo was the highlight of our trip. He was just extremely kind and generous of his time. We got to visit his wine cellar and taste his wine…amazing. His recommendation for supper was just outstanding, one of the best meals we had. The location was great and our room was very quiet, clean and comfortable. An experience to repeat !

Lovely property with lots of charm and character in the old town close to the cathedral. Welcome by the owner is very friendly and warm. Our room had a traditional 4 poster bed that was very comfortable and a nice spacious bathroom. Everything is spotless. with great attention to detail. We only stayed one night in December and it was very quiet which we appreciated. Would be very happy to come back when next visiting Andalucia. Highly recommended!

Restaurants were difficult to find after 20:00 (bars were open, but without food). Fortunately, supermarkets were still open. A kettle in the room would be a plus.

Very quaint hotel with interesting decor and history. Location in the centre of the old part of the city: perfect for exploring the old city and cave dwellings on foot. Large bathroom with spacious shower & two basins. Comfortable bedroom & bed. Easy parking within a few metres of the hotel (in public space). Helpful host. Refrigerator in the room. Very good value.

No wifi code. No explanation of water fountain. We found it when we went to buy some water. Nobody around in the morning. Impersonal. The churchbell kept us awake most of the night

Our room was very disappointing. The room was quite small and dark and there was little storage. The bed creaked and was uncomfortable. The window gave out to a small courtyard where building work was underway. Water cascaded from the shower down to the floor in front of the toilet and into the main room. There was insufficient room for the basin in the bathroom so it was in the main room.

The property had loads of antique character. The breakfasts were simple but very nicely done. The location was superb.

Small, dark, noisy room from road outside. Small insubstantial bed. Dark common parts. No staff on site.
