Lifts are very slow and small so at times of high traffic, you can be waiting a while for a lift to arrive with enough space. There are stairs but anything past the 3rd floor can be a trek. In the main buffet area, some staff can be a bit sharp with you when it's very busy, understandable but it's best to go when it quiet. You get the usual rush for sunbeds but I saw many beds vacant for a long period of time. Not an issue for us but they really should have been cleared of towels and made available for others

The hotel itself was fantastic. My wife and I had a privilege room which we chose over a direct sea view room and it came with the privilege package which we would highly recommend. The designated privilege lounge had an array of self serve spirits, soft drinks, beer, wine and cava but could be enhanced by introducing more snacks as only salted nuts, crisps and mini pastries were available. The privilege decking has the best views of the pool and sea and includes a mildly warm hot tub and two small cold water pools for cooling down in. It also allowed you to use the on site restaurants and as we had the inclusive package, the higher quality food and drink was included. I recommend the Italian restaurant for a higher quality breakfast and dinner and steakhouse restaurants. Location was perfect, room was turned around quickly and efficiently. Great hotel.

There was one socket in the bedroom next to a bedside table and one in the bathroom. We had requested a kettle so had to move the kettle to the bedside table to use us. Would be good if there was another socket next to the dressing table. A mirror at the dressing table would have been appreciated too, but no night. There is a mirror in the bathroom and a full length mirror near the door. The location was a bit noisy at times at night but that is completely out with the hotels control and it is the price you pay for being central.

The majority of staff could not do enough for you. Lots of little nooks in reception with seats when you want to escape the heat. We went half board, and drink prices were compatible to the places outside the hotel. There is an adult only pool area, but it is very, very busy.

There are not a warmer pool outside, the balcony wasn’t cleaned, the jacuzzi and the inside pools weren’t in all inclusive. The wifi doesn’t work well. There aren’t a single sunbed during the day, even though there is a sign that say they can’t be reserved. The hotel is too pricy to its quality.

The room and the bathroom were clean every day. The staff was very nice, the restaurant and the foods were magnificient, the pools have a great size. The shows and the programs were excellent. The city centre and the airport are close, there are a great selection of shops in there. There is a great selection of foods and drinks at the restaurant and the bar as well.

The cleaning of the balcony was non existent, there was a ball of someone else hair underneath the sun lounger My baby was crawling on the balcony and was completely black from all the dirt, ended up with an allergic reaction to something. Needs more attention on the balcony. The cleaning lady was very off with me aswell. No idea why hadn’t mentioned anything about the balcony until now. So who knows.

Breakfast was ok, general buffet breakfast Size of the balcony in the room omg amazing ! If I knew about the hotel beforehand I would have stayed there in the first place. Reception staff were amazing, could not fault!, helpful and attentive and really friendly well done 👏

The staff at this hotel are wonderful! Luc and Jade on reception were amazing. Our daughter has a very serious allergy to peanuts and the restaurant staff took great care of her and the head chef even came and shook her hand - it was so wonderful the respect they had for her. So much choice of food in the restaurant - fresh meats and fish cooked, paella, desserts, salads, vegetables, fruit. The room was fantastic with a wonderful sea view. The pool was huge and lots of activities during the day. Great evening live entertainment and the location is right next to the main strip of Playa de las Americas and only a 15 min walk to Playa de Troya a beach with water sports. This is the perfect family friendly hotel for an excellent holiday in Tenerife.

The hotel location is good near shopping and restaurant. Their are many swimming pool suit for family or quite zone for adult only. The night entertainment show is amazing. A variety of foods for all age. We will be back again.

Check in at reception is far too slow. A staff member was a bit rude asking us to wait and be patient. Insufficient notice of Gala buffet dinner on New Year's Eve. Found out on 26th Dec, arrival at the hotel on 28th and had a dinner already booked elsewhere that could not be cancelled.

All breakfast, lunch, dinner buffets are excellent and have a very good selection to choose from. Balcony view and size was amazing. Free lunch upon arrival was very much appreciated.

The frosted bathroom door in the room was really annoying. When one of us went to the bathroom in the night and switched on the light, it lit up the whole room. A normal door would be so much better for the other person trying to sleep. The stairs to the lower floor from reception were hazardous, especially for older folk. We saw numerous slips and trips during our stay. The maid cleaning our room was very hit and miss and didn’t turn up on several days and please secure the beds to the floor as they moved back and forth when you turned in the night. Jennifer in the pool snack bar (steak restaurant) was not very friendly and could improve her customer relation skills. The cost of the spa was not related when checking in or booking. We don’t know there was a payment until we checked out which was very disappointing.

The drinks in the hotel were great and really good quality! The Christmas decor was beautiful and really made us feel in the festive spirit. The lobby was very comfortable and made you feel really relaxed. Bar staff were very friendly. The infinity pool and truck were lovely and the barman with the flat cap is a joy to have! He was great! Lovely to have the pool snack bar but we should have been informed of this when checking in and told we had to book it. We would have used this more had we been made aware.

Beautiful hotel with great staff, especially the ladies on reception. The hotel was spotless, the pool fabulous especially the infinity pool and the entertainment was great. I had my birthday here and the hotel really helped make it special. Would definitely stay here again.

I was not allowed to use the Italian restaurant because I was not a premier customer however all restaurants were amazing.

H10 Conquistador exceed my expectations, I went with my family to celebrate my birthday and the Hotel made every moment memorable, attentions and great service! Food was amazing and the room with a large terrace to sunbath! I'll definitively use it again soon! Perfect Holiday spot
