It's not what I didn't like but worthwhile mentioning are the stairs to get up to the bed, if you have issues with stairs, feet, knees, legs etc and depending on the severity of those issues the stairs could be tricky to manage, for our specific room. Otherwise, the space is fantastic.

The location is very handy and central, parking closeby in a parking station, we stayed 2 days and it cost us 40€ (we found that to be expensive). The accommodation itself was an older style of place that was VERY clean, had great air conditioning, The kitchen was well equipped to make pasta or salad. Antonio himself was lovely to liaise with.

We spent six days at Antonio’s Guesthouse and everything was absolutely perfect! We had to check in very late, but Antonio was incredibly accommodating and immediately available to help. The room and bathroom were spotlessly clean, and we really appreciated the patio area – equipped with a table, chairs, microwave, fridge, coffee machine, and cutlery – which made it easy to enjoy meals. The location is also fantastic – very central and ideal for exploring Alicante. Antonio is, without a doubt, an exceptional host: always available, thoughtful, and genuinely attentive to his guests’ needs – something that’s becoming increasingly rare. Thank you so much, Antonio! There seemed to be a lack of electric outlets.

The room had a coffee/tea maker, bottled water, a chandelier and was clean in appearance. The host communicated well with us and was available when needed. It was close to a parking garage.

Excellent position to main attractions of the city. Quiet street and room. Grocery and coffee shops nearby. We had the ground floor room with inner patio. The room was big the bed was super comfy as well as the cushion. Kitchen available with all you need, capsule coffee maker, micro ecc. The shower room was recently renovated, hot water as waterfall. The patio was cute and a pleasant extra space. The room was equipped with air conditioner. Best was Antonio who was kind and present having a long experience in the field. If I return to Alicante I would definitely return to this guesthouse.

The bathroom was out of the room, it was really clean and well equip. The only small issue was going to the bathroom at night. But honestly this was not a major problem for us.

Me and my friend stayed in apartment 1 on ground floor. It was quaint with a couple of armchairs, table & chairs, shower room and kitchen area on lower level. A staircase has been built leading to a sleeping area above living area where you will find a double bed. They have made clever use of the height of this apartment. All utensils available, plates, cups etc if you want to cook indoors (we didn't as only stayed 1 night). If you are a light sleeper or want to go to sleep early you will struggle in this room. Due to the very central location the noise from outside is extreme with people walking past and talking very loudly. I was also abruptly awoken with bins being emptied. Apart from this the location of the apartment building is spot on.

Nothing stands out.. We both enjoyed our weekend there and would stay again.

It was in a nice, quiet location but close enough to the marina, main shopping areas, the castle and lots of places on foot. The apartment was cosy and felt like a home from home. It was easy to catch buses to the airport and other destinations also. Comfy bed, quiet in the evening, a nice outdoor area. It was very safe and part of a quiet apartment block and Antonio was there if you needed anything and he was very friendly.
