We didn’t have a vehicle so needed to get a taxi for the 500m hill down to the train station down the narrow busy road with our large,heavy bags . Be aware if you arrive during siesta that bus isn’t running and taxi comes from another town. Our 500metre journey cost 15Euro !

Traditional hotel providing an all-inclusive feel especially for families. Very friendly hospitality from all staff. Great dining room options with set-menu dinners of high standards Very central to other interesting towns Could walk into the old town via a track or take the local bus from the gate for a more extensive tour of the local beaches etc (free ride for over 65yr-olds)

As with previous visits we are yet to find faults that affected us.

Room was clean, remade each day. Large pool with adequate beds/seating for all. Breakfast is a simple selection but more than adequate. Staff as with previous visits are very attentive to Clients and their requests/specific needs.

500 m walk from Llanca train station by roadside if you do not have own transport.

Second stay, Family run hotel, cant fault the place, staff are great, rooms clean, food brilliant chef is exceptional, Amelia on reception and also as maitre 'd super nice and helpful. Pool was lovely already looking forward to next visit.

Aircon in our room was ineffective. Tiles on surface water level in pool could do with a clean. Although stated on card in rooms that English television was available this proved not to be the case.

Staff were very helpful and friendly. Pool area was superb. Food was very good.

To be honest we couldnt think of anything to write in this section especially as we are already booked to return end of June then again middle of July.

Amelia on reception was fantastic, Restaurant staff polite, quick to serve, wife is gluten intolerant and once reception were advised on our arrival they made sure gluten free bread was supplied specially and all meals clearly indicated if gluten was present and lady who took the food orders also advised what was good. Meals were well presented, nice selection on the evening menu, and breakfast selection was more than adequate. Pool was great. Room clean and bathroom layed out well. Private parking in grounds.

For us a good location as it wasn’t too far from the station. However, this meant a longer walk into town which we didn’t mind. The breakfast waiter was a bit brusque but did his job well enough and happily filled out water bottles each morning. The reception staff were excellent, so helpful, and even gave us a kettle so we could make a cup of tea. Lovely pool area to relax in after a day of walking. Thank you.

It's close to the highway and train tracks, but it's still quiet at night.

Beautiful old hotel. Beautiful grounds and pool. Beautiful terraces. Beautiful room and balconies. Good dinner and breakfast. Pleasant staff. Location is close to beaches and town.

Nothing I didn’t like. Some areas outdated, but I find that quirky.

It’s wonderfully unpretentious (has a quirky retro vibe), and the staff could not have been more helpful and charming! The restaurant was amazing value and really great choice every evening. Nice breakfast. Close to lovely beaches.

Arrived late on trip from Palma to France. Fantastic location and staff. Awoke the following morning to an early swim in the pool and then a brilliant breakfast. Can't recommend enough!
