Parking was a pain - i believe half of the people who parked in the lot were not staying in the hotel. The doors/walls were thin so you can hear everything that was happening with your neighbors. Restaurant was pricy as it was the only one in the area and had limited choices - but if you want to eat, it's there.

The hotel was prime location. The hotel had big size rooms with a decent size bathroom for Spain. There was a restaurant on site but it had limited options (you also did not have many choices in restaurants in the area).

There was not much around the hotel for lunch and especially dinner so we had both in the hotel which was fine but a bit boring. No signal anywhere in Covadonga, the WiFi poorly. We were very happy to come by bike, do not go here by car in high season it is crazy busy.

Beautiful hotel with lots of grandeur. Best location to move around from in Covadonga and the lakes. The staff very friendly.

The staff were nice but as there were not enough people working they were stretched. For example the poor guy who welcomed us at reception also had to serve our drinks in the bar where they had run out of glasses... he was having to work very hard without help. The hotel needs to employ more people.

Location was delightful with short walk to the cave & the basilica. The room & general aareas were spacious & well looked after. Dining room & dinner was good

Disappointed with the bar attendance possibly due to short staff. Could be better and improved upon.

The room was lovely and comfy, very good bed linen. The view of the Picos was nice. Breakfast was reasonable. They have 2 restaurants and we choose the michelin one which was truly delicious and tasty.

The bar didn’t open to 19:15 once the cafeteria closed although you could still get a drink in the cafeteria and bring it down. Coffee in the room would have been a bonus. The Internet is an intermittent and needs to be improved given it’s 2024, the location might be the issue.

The staff were really welcoming and polite although we spoke very little Spanish. The cafeteria was great for a coffee and quick snack. The main restaurant was absolutely awesome and a must do if you’re staying a couple of nights, the steak was one of the best as was the lamb.

Staff at reception couldn't give us tips or touristic information about the area, except for a map of Asturias.

Room was very comfortable with a great view and bathroom. Breakfast did not leave me hungry afterwards.

The room was nice but very hot. Aircondition did not work. When we opened the window there was huge nois from the hotel facility. We could not sleep well.

Location was amazing, 100% recommend you stay here. Parking was not bad, they have a limited number of spots be we were able to park close to the hotel. Room was bigger than expected, a little bit dated, but adequate.

Not many food options around the area.

Great location just meters away from the Covadonga Church. Free parking available on location. Might be busy during visitng hours but very easy to park at night.
