    El desayuno, aun pagando buffet a un precio alto excluían platos

    El hotel tiene un excelente nivel e infraestructura. Es un placer alojarse ahí. Una novedad para mi fue una maquina con agua de diferentes temperaturas en la habitacion, ademas de la cafetera

    Tuvimos una mala experiencia en el restaurante Maymanta del roof top. Lamentablemente es la segunda vez que vamos y se demoran casi una hora en traer la comida. Una pena porque es precioso.

    El personal tan amable que había. Y la atención recibida.

    El personal del aparcamiento 🅿️ muy amables pero solo una persona para tanto trabajo. Con lo cual la persona no daba a basto con todos los vehículos.

    No me daban la habitación a las 15:00 porque no tenían disponibilidad

    Los trabajadores muy atentos y amables.

    Vine con una mascota y no podría dejar en el cuarto sola para el desayuno.

    La ubicación del hotel es la que más nos convencia respecto al resto de opciones

    El baño de la habitación olía literalmente a mierda, nos quejamos en recepción y el guess experience manager vino a la habitación y dio fe de que realmente era así aunque al principio se invento que en Barcelona huelen así los baños. JAJAJA (hemos vivido 14 años en Pedralbes y nunca hemos olido un baño asi de mal). En resumen estuve 2 noches intentando no acudir al baño por el asco que me daba. La puerta de la ducha estaba en mal estado, el dispensador de champú estaba caido, poco mobiliario en la habitación y habitación muy pequeña para un supuesto hotel de 5 estrellas GL. El desayuno super masificado, el GL es contrario a la masificación.

    Piscina i bar. Ambiente de Relax. Servicio del personal muy profesional y agradable. Desayuno fabuloso,impecable la limpieza. Visitamos el restaurante Leña para ver como era.Quedamos impresionados. Nuestra próxima visita reservaremos para comer.Seguro que sera una buena experiencia.

    El precio es elevado. Barcelona tiene los hoteles superiores muy caros comparando con ciudades europeas. El Hotel tiene un nivel alto pero el precio también.

    El diseño de la habitación es espectacular, la cama muy cómoda, la ducha insuperable, el WC a parte

    Nos extrañó que no hubiera cepillo de dientes en la habitación y algo para picar como unos frutos secos o algún tipo de chocolate
