Nothing!!

An excellent hotel- extremely professional, efficient, friendly staff throughout the hotel. Lovely room: coffee maker, water cooler, fridge, tv(but didn’t use as so much to do in Barcelona), splendid view from 11th floor, very comfortable bed, plenty of space, brilliant shower. Pool area very good, good pool towels, comfortable subbed, good pool bar. We did have a problem with our safe - but excellent service, it was replaced within 15 minutes!! Fantastic. Thoroughly recommend - above 5*. Thank you to everyone involved

The shower was leaking when we arrived, but the staff quickly fixed it, cleaned everything thoroughly, and even offered a treat for the inconvenience, which we really appreciated.

The facilities were amazing, beautifully maintained, and very comfortable. The service was excellent, and the staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable.

The restaurant Lena food was not good. It was the most expensive meal/nasty meal I had during my whole stay. Also we had issues with AC which was quickly resolved

Would have preferred a bit more on site in terms of other amenities. Club lounge on the 18th floor was a little underwhelming.

Excellent location, attentive staff. In particular, the Concierge Team were superb in terms of their support and suggestions for dinner etc.

There were quite a lot of children splashing in the pool. Also, the service in the rooftop bar was not fantastic. Wasn’t greeted very nicely and ended up waiting 20-25 minutes to order a drink, after having flagged someone down.

The staff were very pleasant. The outdoor area was beautiful and the pool amazing. The restaurants in the hotel offered great variety and luxurious experiences. Good location with taxi rank just outside the hotel and some lovely cafes to eat in nearby, breakfast especially good in the cafes.

There wasn't much I didn't like, only that it was quite far from the main areas but that's on us for booking so far out.

I liked the customer service, the pool area was great with the music playing. The hotel was very clean including our room. The room was cleaned on time everyday. The concierge team were really helpful when asking for information not only in the hotel but also about going around the city.

Rooms: automatic night lightning can make you go crazy(proximity sensor); TV with subwoofer(you can hear neighbours room when they use it) Costs for car parking 24h = 35€!

Staff is great; Food is fine; but Roof Top has intense prices; Pool side great; Service great as well; Elevator system is special!

If you’re looking for something central this isn’t it. It’s quite far from the city, and for the price we paid per night we expected a little more than what we got. At least a bigger room the rooms aren’t that big especially when your travelling as a group it can get a bit squishy

We really enjoyed my stay! The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making check-in and check-out smooth and pleasant. The room was spotless, well-equipped, and very comfortable—exactly what we needed for a relaxing stay. We also appreciated the attention to detail, like the fresh linens and thoughtful amenities. The location was perfect, close to everything we wanted to see. Overall, a fantastic experience— we definitely be coming back!

Lovely hotel with great facilities in a quieter neighbourhood slightly out of the city centre. Views from the rooftop terrace are amazing and the pool area is fab!
