Lovely location overlooking the bay and within easy walking distance of the town and beaches of Sanxenxo and Porto-Novo. We had a room with a sea view which was really comfortable and we had 2 good nights of sleep.

There was little and not so great bar service, but there are plenty of bars in town.

My room had a view onto the bay and the view and air was wonderful. Breakfast was plenty and with fresh fruit and juice. I could take a walk on the beach in the morning. The food in the restaurant also with great view was simply delicious.

The pool had no food and drink facilities - sometimes you just want to chill there but need to leave to get refreshments. Breakfast not as fantastic as pre covid but still very good

We love this hotel due to its location and the room balconies and views however it is getting a bit tired given the price. Staff are lovely and helpful given our Spanish is not the best.

spa is good and big enough . Restaurant have many variety of dishes and all fresh ingredients and delicious. otopark easy access and only 12 euro. next to hotel there is very big beach to swim.

When you get to the spa, the floating pool that you see in the picture is not operating or it needs to be booked separately not sure. They also tell you you can't enter the facilities without a swimming cap which nobody has so you have to buy it from them. It's 3.50 and is useless. It's a kind of textile all the water goes through. Don't really see the point. It's cheeky trick the hotel employs and the only logic I see is the peace of mind of the customers who don't realise the cap doesn't do anything.

The hotel is elegant, esthetically pleasing and in gorgeous surroundings. The room I had was facing the bay with a stunning view and cute and comfortable balcony with chairs and table. Apparently you can smoke on the balcony as it had ashtray and others were smoking. I didn't mind as used to smoke myself. It was private, you only saw others if you looked over. You can hear the waves especially at night when there are no other noises. The room is a good size and the bed is more than large enough for two. Mod cons and good wifi. Maybe not the most modern shower if I wanted to be picky. But large bathtub. The guys on reception are lovely and very helpful. Breakfast is adequate for a 4 stars with a great selection of sweet pastries and fruit. Good selection of continental buffet and the hot buffet mostly designed for their Spanish clientele. I haven't tried as don't normally eat a hot breakfast. The only things I haven't found were Greek plain yoghurt or maple syrup for the pancakes. They have fresh orange juice and a good coffee machine. Their clientele seems to be mostly Spanish which I loved. Overall I had a great experience at Talaso, thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would happily fly to Spain for these hotels than go to Bournemouth. :)
