Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Lovely location and a very nice hotel. It was a wonderful place to stay and relax and get some rest for one night while we were walking the Camino de Santiago. The staff was very nice. The AC in our room broke and the staff was very accommodating and moved us to an even nicer room.

Beautiful, luxury and clean. I loved the view of my bedroom, the bubble bath. The bed was really big and there was all the accessories needed in the bathroom. You can also sleep really well as it’s silent; and there’s no light coming as you can close theres something that totally block the light from outside. The breakfast was amazing with a lot of choice, from local food to international and lots of fruits. Staff was relaxed and polite.
