Some machines in the playing area were not working.

The hotel was very generous offering chocolate and champagne. The beds were very comfortable, the staff very friendly. The hotel is exactly at the beach and the pools are creating a lovely view. The staff at the bar really know to make good cocktails.

Internet was very bad doesn’t work properly. I was on 4 floor and in 4 days i have to go down in the lobby to use it 😒😒😖. The staff could be more friendly

When we arrived found a towel outside the our room 335. We report to the reception desk, but nobody do nothing. That towel spent all night there because when we went to breakfast the towel continued there.

We had quite a lot of problems with our room: no WLAN within the room, both sinks in the bahtroom were clogged, and then the toilet broke. We would have been happy if they offer us the change the room.

What we really like is where the hotel is situated: the sea was just a minute walk. Also, the programs and animation for children were a big highlight.

At 4 stars hotel we didn’t had slippers in the room and also towels for the pool area. The food some times is cold enough and no taste.

I think it's probably the best hotel in the area but I would not choose to stay here without kids. There were many families with babies and young children. That's why it gets a bit noisy at the breakfast table and by the pool.

Breakfast was great and the dinner was even better. Good alue for money and lots of delicious & high quality foods to choose from. Especially at the dinner buffet! Good variety of meats, salads, pizzas, tacos & great desserts! I also liked the infinity pool & the activities they had for my 11yo son. I was glad we chose the hotel and not an apartment instead.

Breakfast and dinner are very poorly organised. Always queues, always and everywhere. The quality and variety of food is very-very basic. Uncomfortable pillows in the room.

Location is good, very nice parking, good receptionists. Good animation for kids, especially, mini disco.

The breakfast hours were too short, 8:00a - 10:00a, especially after a jet lag trip.

The room size was fine for the 2 of us. Did not really take advantage of the pool but did like the set up. The security was also a nice feature!

We had an issue with people smoking on balcony, so our room smelled a lot, but staff was helpful and we resolved this problem.

It was ok, but we where there in the end of the season, city was empty and nothing much to do! Hotel was full with old people, it’s ok, but it was wired to be only 30+ people in hotel and also in whole city. Good thing was that they have a washing room and you can wash and dry your clothes for free, it was very useful as we were traveling for a while already.

The quality of the restaurant was not 4 stars, glasses were often not clean, the quality of the food was lower than other 4 star restaurants in Spain. Also had to get sun loungers from a pile, OK for me but nobody to help the elderly

As I told before, food was a little disappointing as we expect more variety of foods especially with Mediterranean or international foods but most of foods were Spanish.

room had a great view to the pools and sea with a nice balcony. pools are perfect for all ages from small kids upto adults. but food was a little disappointing.

Food choices and quality could have been better. We thought being late season there would be less guests with children.
