Good value for money. Pet friendly. Very well located, clean and the staff is very friendly.

It can be a bit noisy due to the restaurant but didnt bother us so much really.

The hostal is ideally located in the vicinity of the city walls and the cathedral, I was given a quiet spacious and very comfortable twin room. Great service from the staff who were helpful and friendly throughout my stay. The restaurant attached to the hostal is very good indeed. Highly recommended and I would certainly stay here again.

The heating works automatically on preset hours. It is on in the evening, but for some reason it's off during the night and in the morning

Amazing location, in front of the city walls, close to all the important touristic points of the city and next to some nice restaurants and typical shops. I had an amazing view from the room, towards the city walls and the back of the cathedral. The room was clean and well organized. The staff was friendly.

Even though it is visible that the hotel is continuosly improved, the reception area would need a redesign. Because the space it is pretty small, it can be reorganized in a better way. The same, the doors of the rooms could still be improved.

The staff was very kind and the position is excellent.

Loved the location. Had a room streetside on a Saturday night. Noise level not a problem. Not sure ehy people are complaing about it?

Incredibly thin walls, there was quite a lot of noise throughout the night of my stay that made it difficult to sleep at times.

The location is great and the rooms were clean, it had all the necessary amenities and 24 hour reception.

Even if the inside has been renovated, the building is old and you can hear the noise from other rooms and the restaurant below.

Location was brilliant. Close to all the action. Loads of eateries very near.

Bathroom needs updating. Very noisy until 4am.

At first they put me in a room that didn’t match what I booked. It was at the back with a small window. I booked a room that should have had a balcony. I notified the front desk and moved me into a room with a large window that opened. Other than that I enjoyed my stay for the most part.
