The only drawback was that there was only one socket in the room.

The room was clean, the staff was very friendly, the receptionist helped us a lot with renting a car and transportation to the airport. breakfast and dinner were included in the price, lots of food choices for adults and children. A very nice experience

Broken lock on patio door replaced with a simple hook type catch. Didn't look overly secure.

Good location with parking, nice view overlooking main beach towards the Castell, friendly helpful staff, food was ok.

There was no air conditioning in my room at the Hotel Garbi Mar, this resulted in each evening becoming so hot and humid, which resulted in difficult evenings to get to sleep. The whole staff were fantastic. It must be said that the Garbi Mar is not suitable for those people who experience difficulty in walking, as the walk from taking meals at the sister hotel is far too steep for the elderly or infirm. NOTE THIS BEFORE YOU BOOK!

The staff were lovely and most helpful. The quality of food on offer was of a very high standard and with a good selection.

It says parking available and there isn’t . With no car it’s a little bit of a hike to get to beach (being that it on top of a big hill). Staff did help us by letting us use a “parking placard” for the street after a little arguing . Not the best showering experience . We should’ve brought our own soap and shampoo .

It is a very basic hotel with uncomfortable beds because of the cheapest possible mattresses, no pool towels, no mattresses on the sun lounges, and average food choices. Definitely, it does not deserve its 4 stars.

Rooms were a bit dated but very clean, and the bed was comfortable. The waterslide infrastructure is amazing. However, they were closed for the season, and only the pool was accessible. The pool was good enough for us. The location was very convenient to all amenities. Buffet was nice and had many options. You have to walk over to a sister hotel located right beside to eat. Not a big deal and takes 3 mins to walk over. We were very pleased with our stay and will return!

You can’t play music by the pool even if it’s on the lowest volume as someone with super sonic hearing will hear and complain. The breakfasts was not worth the money. Just pork and cheese mainly! People staying there all seemed to be unwelcoming! The gym wasn’t much of a gym, just a couple cross trainers and a multi exercise machine.

The location is perfect as it’s away from the main strip although I would not recommend it if you don’t like walking up steep hills as it sits on the top of everything.

Arriving by car was difficult, two completely separate hotels with the same name, you don’t know which one it is since the address says “no number” and the parking was locked for both, I was by myself so couldn’t just stop to ask because there’s nowhere to park in that area. They have a reserved spot on the street for that, but don’t give you arrival instructions, do there’s no way you can know. Hotel was old and rundown. AC didn’t work, mini fridge was very dirty and didn’t work. There were flies in my room. Overall not a good experience and definitely not worth the price I payed.

The daytime receptionist was helpful. Breakfast was good.

Everything is great, specially staff, everything is clean, they clen our room every day, and change towels. Pool is very nice, it have Sun for all day. The view from our room (304) was brutally beautiful, right to the sea 🤗

Smell of the room was terrible and I was really happy that we stayed there just for 1 day. During the night we close the window and in the morning the terrible smell from the canalisation woke us up.

Employees were really nice and polite. Breakfast was really nice and there were enough options.
