A few things are getting a little tired, several of the light bulbs are out on the corridor, a picture on the landing had a few cracks in the glass and the safe and air conditioning were broken Most members of staff are wonderful but this time one receptionist was rather arrogant with us when we mentioned that the air conditioning control wasn't working, eventually another member iof staff brought the engineer who quickly and efficiently changed the control panel when initially we were made to feel that it was our inability to turn it on and off !

We have stayed here 3 times, it is excellent value for money, views from the rooms are all great, large, comfortable clean rooms Most of the staff are friendly and efficient

Clean and spacious room with everything you need- a safe, fridge, toiletries, etc. Its within walking distance of the old town. Room has several mirrors which came in handy when preparing for an event 😊

The bar person man could be a lot happier and not be so miserable as we are paying guests could be a lot more helpful he should take a look at the dining room staff they were happy and helpful

The only problem we had was finding the entrance ro the car park, which is shared with the supermarket and set back slightly from the road. That said, it's all part of the adventure when driving in an unfamiliar place

Large, well appointed hotel. Clean and modern with private underground car park. Very friendly staff. The old town is about a 15-20 minute walk away.

If you are driving some details reference the parking would be useful as I had to contact the hotel prior to arrival, which was not a problem as reception messaged back fairly quickly, however it would have been beneficial to know you can park right outside the hotel and check-in prior to parking your car in the underground carpark below the hotel and take the lift straight to your floor.

Checking in from start to finish was easy. Reception very pleasant. Hotel was clean and a great place to stay for a weekend trip/overnight stay as it is only a 10 minute walk into the centre, which was stunning with lots of historic buildings. Plenty of restaurants.

Great spacious rooms at great price We paid 65 for a night and good value parking under hotel - a bit tight, but that is normal in Spain Walking distance from center (a little bit up hill on the way back) Great deal at the restaurant: good food, 3 course meal + wine for 18,= pp (!)

Having to pay for parking and although we went to breakfast when it opened at 7.30am hot food, bacon and eggs, was disappointing as it was cold.

Only there1 night but easily found and was in walking distance to most sights and restaurants. Breakfast was reasonable, fresh fruit and pastries and good coffee but could be improved.

Felt a bit like the facilities have seen better days. A few loose fittings in the bathroom and wear and tear on the wardrobe. Minor tbh.

Parking is limited and will be full if you arrive late. It is also €15 and I do not think it be reasonable. I stayed for one night so not sure if this is a daily charge of for the length of your stay.

The shower is inside the bath and very slippery and I fell over in the bath not good .
