Location is good but a little remote, car is must have, but 5 mins to local town. 10 to Cadiz. Clean hotel, standard continental but good...good selection. Room size generous. Swimming pool area is lovely!

Nothing nearby within walking distance, Puerto Real has some lovely restaurants but you have to drive 10 minutes. A lovely clean hotel it just lacked a bit of soul for me.

The hotel was lovely, with a great pool, lovely buffet breakfast with plenty of choice. It was clean with great air-conditioned rooms and it was just what we needed to see Cadiz which was only 15 minutes away.

We had dinner In the restaurant, staff were very nice. Food was ok but Part of the food wasn’t warm enough. And the meals did not come out together, there was four in our group, one meal came and was eaten, before two more meals came, then maybe 5 minutes later the last meal came out, that was poor timing and service by the chef!!

Location was ideal for our needs, staff very friendly.

The staff was very kind and the facilities were very good. I really recommend you to taste the restaurant food and the breakfast is good too. The pool location is amazing and the size of it is more than sufficient. Despite being an outdated hotel, it has everything you need (and more than that) for your stay. I really loved the hotel

Its a bit far to walk to town, where is not easy to park a car. If you are also going to drink you have to take a taxi. Good thing is that taxis are cheap enough for this not being a problem.

Very easy access from the roads, so its pretty easy to find as well as to go in and out. It is spacious, clean and personnel is very kind.

Very helpful Reception staff who were more than willing to store my bicycle securely overnight. Our room at the front of the hotel had a great view of the Cádiz and Puerto Real bays. The hotel is spacious and open and has a cafeteria and a dining room where we had a good and well priced a la carte dinner and buffet style breakfast. The location is perfect for exploring the area from Conil through to Sanlucar de Barrameda.

Very good hotel with good amenities Bit of an issue when we checked in, but was sorted out, so there no real problems Great swimming pool, and the room we had was huge with a massive, comfortable bed, and we still loads of space in the room. It is a bit out of the way and the only real restaurant you can walk to closes at 18:30 so we decided to eat at the hotel, this proved to be a good decision as the food was really good and was very reasonably priced, so much so we ate there the following night as well. All the staff, especially the waitress who served our dinner, were very polite and efficient.

You really need a car to stay here as there is not much to be found in the surrounding area on foot. it’s a shame that the cafe didn’t serve food in the evenings, as sometimes you just want a snack and not a full restaurant meal.

This is a large, modern business hotel with plenty of free parking. Our room was a reasonable size and it was good to have use of a fridge and safe.

We couldn't use the pool, because they open it at 10.30 am, which is after breakfast and close to the check-out time. The location is not perfect. It is good enough for parking but far away from the attractions in Cadiz.

The room was spacious and the breakfast was great. We enjoyed our stay just because of the room and breakfast.

All rather dated. Swimming pool closed. Double bed was 2 singles pushed together. Double charged for drinks in the bar (but sorted out eventually). Waitress brought wrong meal and dashed off without engaging with us at all.

The staff were mostly helpful. Plenty of parking.

I would not say that there was anything wrong. However, should I need to suggest anything so that the hotel improves, I would say that the door handle of our bathroom was creaking, which woke up our baby once. This, of course, is not a problem.

Room was nice, the facilities were spatious and accessible. Furthermore, the location was very good, since we were close (by car) from the town. The Staff was pretty amiable, and nice, answering our doubts without delay.

The bed creaked everytime i turned over which woke my partner and I up. We did not sleep well and woke up shattered which ruined my short break as I was extremely tired. It was my wife's 50th birthday and I asked for a nice room.so this request was completely disregarded which showed a lack of service in my opinion.

Breakfast had a good selection and the waitresses were lovely..

We ordered a premium room and was told was in quite area in the hotel this was not true for our stay there was banging of doors and running in the hallways till late In the night with people hanging out the windows and also in the room there was a room service menu that said from 11am till 10pm but when we tried we were told kitchen only opens at 8pm
