Very delicious breakfast, varity of choices for drinks and tastes. Location close to Metro and St Bernabeu. We will come back.

Rooms were very small, hard to find place even for a suitacse. Breakfast was ok, but very little selection of vegeterian/vegan options.

Unique hotel with a quite good location. Rooms were tidy and clean. Staff was overall friendly and helpfull.

the swimming pool seems to be open to members of the public. this meant it was absolutely packed full in the days we were there mid week. no available beds or space. also bar staff told me off for bringing out my own drink but i hadn’t been told otherwise. public members had free voucher for drinks

The pool was lovely but a little busy with no beds available a lot of the time, the price of drinks was also very inflated compared to surrounding areas it cost more for a beer than at the main market in the centre

RECEPTION: A few days before arriving, I got an email asking what time I would arrive. I answered: 15:00. We arrived at 15:00 We were told one room was ready and the other was not. We had lunch. At 16:30 we went back. Same situation plus some faff about the cleaning ladies maybe having done it but not put it in the system. I asked to call the ladies to make sure it was ready. They couldn’t. We opted to go to the ready room in the meantime. Upstairs, we passed the cleaning ladies, explained. After 30 MORE minutes - at 17:00 - the room was finally ready. I complained about this - objectively, it was a huge delay - and nothing was done to appease me: no free cocktail, no apology, no chocolate on my pillow. Very frustrating for the price!

POOL: small but decent. We were there during a heat wave so it was appreciated. Although the pool staff was wonderful, some rules are implemented (no moving of lounge chairs - why?) and some are not (the signs say smoking is permitted only at the bar, but everyone smoked everywhere). Maybe more sun umbrellas are needed. Water turned murky after 15:00. Bar is great. Really really excellent staff. COMMENT: Have you thought of making it adults only? ROOMS: Tiny but the right size for their scope. Great aircon. Wonderful mattress. Good shower (water pressure medium). Very clean. Strong perfume. NO SOUND PROOFING - I could hear everyone from the pool (I was at the third floor, the pool at the 8th). Do NOT get a room in front of the elevators, too noisy! BREAKFAST: good variety and quality of most ingredients. Appreciated all the different types of juices and breads. Sad eggs - surely an egg station would be more cost effective and inspire more.

We rebooked NYX between visits to Seville and back and our second room was not as good as the first room we stayed in .It was very very tiny and not soundproof.I advice to check your room size first.

Volume music at swimming pool. Outrageous. Especially when there's a deejay. People are there to relax! A bit less on the volume would be better. Parking is absolutely great, but keep in mind that the space is somewhat thight. You have to manoeuvre with your car.

The pool really was just for people to stand into cool off not really conducive to doing any amount of swimming.

Loved the old school games machines, fusball table and ideal to have a pool to cool off in.

Rooftop is a bit small

Nice hotel in a good location. Metro is close, to explore the city. Rooms are nice and clean, breakfast is extensive and tasteful.

The pool area could be improved. Pool itself is too cold, its main purpose should be as a space to relax, not as a bar with DJ etc - less tables, more sun loungers. The rooms should also have a toilet brush in them. A parasol on the balcony would be great.

Hotel location was good and within walking distance to shopping and restaurants. Breakfast buffet have a good variety of food. We enjoyed the bar.
