Rosa was a lovely lady I must say. She was very attentive and friendly. Easy access to taxis, busses and hop on hop off bus stops. Great bakeries and restaurants around. Could recommend to anyone.

The entire room needs refreshing and replacement of some furniture, which is quite worn out. There is a noticeable smell of dampness and mold in the room and the common area. The noise and dust from the boulevard are terrible, and it’s impossible to sleep with the window open. The lock on the bathroom door was broken, and the door couldn’t close tightly.

Excellent location just a few minutes by foot from Casa Mila and the lively Passeig de Gracia. The host was very kind and helpful with tips for our stay in Barcelona, thank you Rosa. There were plenty of options for drinks in the common area provided - coffee, tea, cocoa, some sweets plus a small breakfast in a bag for the guests every morning.

The shower area needs to be more tightly sealed to avoid water to go out. The washer machine was always busy.

Rosa is a great host. She has a good supply of snacks, coffee, bread and others for breakfast every day. Location is great. Very good places to eat and close to everything.

Helpful with information. Enjoyed breakfast delivered to door. Refreshments/coffee always available. Location super. So close to metro train and busses, plus attractions of city. Washing machine! Maria always with a smile! The accommodations were not luxury but very comfortable.

Very high humidity of the air in the room (we had to air the room all the time), lower standard of cleanness.

The location was very good, near the sights and the metro station. The landlady was friendly and helpful. The beds were comfortable, the room well equipped (fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle), breakfasts ok, coffee available 24/7. We were allowed to leave our luggage in the room until our afternoon departure.

Air conditioning didn't work very well, but we found a small fan to cool the room.

The one-bwdroom unit had a full bathroom with tub/shower combo, kitchen, with tavke & chairs and refrigerator and terrace. Great location and very accommodating hosts! Free breakfast was amazing.

Good-Home is located right between all the sights of Barcelona. It was easy to get to all our destinations. The room was quite and had all the amenities that were needed. We especially liked having a water cooker, a fridge and a microwave. Ist was very clean. Rosa was a great host! She was very considerate und replied to questions bevor and during our stay very fast. Can absolutely recommend this hotel😊

The breakfast is a buffet and unfortunately monotonous... but we found a way to make it our own. There was an unpleasant smell in the bathroom, but the problem was partially solved after the fifth cleaning or towel change.

Great location of the apartment, which has several rooms and is in the very centre of the city, literally next to Casa Mila,... a great base for exploring Barcelona. The owner was very friendly, gave us a few tips and warnings. The apartment is older, they change the towels every two days.

The shower in our room did not consistently give out hot water. In the hot mode it would suddenly become cold and then hot again. Not a deal breaker though. Everything else was very good.

The room was very comfortable, we had everything we needed for a few days stay. The location is very convenient. Rosa was very kind. Croissants and coffee were provided throughout the day, but breakfast was mainly carbohydrate, sweet. We also had a comfortable terrace to the room. We are very happy with the room choice we made and would visit again.

Very well located in Barcelona. The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Breakfast was pastries. Coffee and snacks are always at your disposalm The beds were comfortable and although the building needs a little maintenance to feel up to date, it was very clean. Everything we needed was in the room. We loved our stay. Very good quality for this price point.

I really enjoyed staying here. If I had to choose anything I would say deeper sheets in the bed because my kids fidget so ended up on a rumpled bed. For most normal sleepers this would not even be an issue!

This is a centrally located little gem. Rosa is a wonderful host: helpful, cheerful and available when needed. The room is clean, has an en-suite, fridge, TV etc. ne sores so coffee is available free with generous availability of crackers, buns, croissants It is 600 meters from casa batillo; a short walk to Sagrada familia; quick cab ride to the beach or park Turo or park Guell. If you like shopping, it is close to all the designer shops but also authentic xurrerias anda few good Vietnamese restaurants, Cuban, Indian etc so you can go fancy in one direction or go ethnic and cheaper in another direction. I would definitely stay here again . Also, I would like to say thank you to Rosa. We had booked somewhere else that was so awful, we had actually slept outside the property. Sleeping rough in a foreign country with two kids is not a fun experience. I found Rosa’s place and the minute we entered her flat, I felt relieved. It is clean, calm and feels safe. She made us so welcome. We went from feeling tired, stressed and dirty to relaxed and relieved. Thank you.
