Both our beds were very creaky. There seemed little point saying anything as not sure what could be done in the time we were there though and didn’t want to moan. Could be noisy outside at night.

Friendly and helpful staff, very stylish clean room with stunning seaview, fabulous breakfast with so much choice. Amazing having the tram going past your room and while having breakfast.

Comfortable very clean room with balcony facing he sea. Located in the busier part of the sea front but there was no noise at night. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Easy parking nearby

The air conditioning had fungi smell. There are places in hotel that could look better f.ex empty walls in rooms, corridors on upper levels than parter also space around swimming pool.

View, bar staff - two of them - were very unhelpful and rude but all other staff excellent. No information on room about facilities, directions to pool ( not easy to find as in a separate building that didn’t even know existed , no signage

Good location. Suite with mountain room was what booked. View was actually of walls of other building with a hint of mountain out corner of eye. Balcony split in two so despite being sold as a suite was not the comfortable roomy balcony expected. No bathrobes or slippers as advertised either. Family room would be better description than suite

We had a sea view room which faced the beach. This is a public beach so very noisy both during the day and night. The staff were very helpful but they can not guarantee a taxi will arrive . This caused me so much stress as I was worried I would nt get to the airport in time.

It was a great location if you want to be near shops, restaurants and the beach. I found it to be very noisy especially at night. The rooms could do with some updating. Breakfast was excellent.

Air Conditioning wasn’t working in our room for four of the five nights we stayed. I had to keep going to reception to ask as they didn’t give us any updates. When we checked in they didn’t explain that the pool was in a different building. We had to again ask at reception for tea and coffee for our room. We paid for a sea view room, which should have some kind of canopy or shade provided as it was too hot to sit outside.

We had dinner only one night during the week. It was very disappointing. The fish was over salted and vegetables were tired. Dessert of ice cream was very icy and unappetising. The starters were nice. There was no love of food by whatever chefs produced it. All the other restaurants in Söller Port were a much higher standard. The restaurant lets down what is otherwise a fine hotel. Swimming pool was very chilly

Excellent service from start to finish! They went out of their way to celebrate my daughter's birthday which was very much appreciated :) Our room was big and more than accommodated my family.

It was still a bit overpriced.

Rooms were well organized, clean and comfortable. There was lots of space for luggage and clothing. The terrace was very nice, though the view wasn’t very good. Breakfast was big with lots of options.

This is a minor point. Although a kettle & cups are provided, there was no tea or coffee in the room

The friendly, helpful & professional staff were a real asset for the hotel along with the excellent restaurant, which also delivered a breakfast buffet that was fresh and had a huge amount of variety. The complimentary bottle of Champagne, which was placed in our room was a quality touch too!
