What a lovely place to stay. The apartment was very clean and comfortable, and had everything you could need. Bus stop opposite got us into the centre in 20 minutes. Perfect. The staff were so friendly too. I didn't get the guys name on the desk, unfortunately, but he was super kind and helpful. We would stay again.

A lovely 3 night stay at this small apartment. The room was spotless with expected facilities and there is are bus stops right outside that can quickly take you a few stops to nearest Metro and huge supermarket (Estrella) or stay on the bus to go more central within 20 minutes. We loved the little extras such as the snacks and bag of spare chargers, but also the little things like cotton buds and plasters were a nice touch. Also the entry systems use a short code so you don't have to worry about taking a key everywhere. Host easily contactable via WhatsApp

It's a bit outside the center of the center so you do need to rely on public transit to get around. However, metro and bus lines are very close by.

The room was very well equipped room and very comfortable considering the amount paid. They also offer a very useful laundry service at a reasonable price which saves you hunting down a Lavandería.

Everything was great! We had a great time!!! The bus stop just outside the door and the buses keep coming every 5 minutes! No need to use the metro! The neighborhood quiet and cozy. The staff very helpful and kind. They even bought us a bus card full of tickets for our first day! Totally recommended!

One suggestion for improvement: it would have been great if the air conditioning had been turned on an hour before our arrival. It was an extremely hot day, and the room was uncomfortably warm when we got there, it took quite some time to cool it down.

The apartment is very well equipped, and the location is superb. Having air conditioning during a 37°C summer day in Madrid was a real lifesaver. Our bed was made every day, and the breakfast amenities were replenished regularly. We really appreciated having coffee, tea, milk, and juices stocked in the fridge. They also provided toast and some packaged pastries, which made mornings much easier without the need to search for to a breakfast spot.

The host was very communicative and helpful. He even top up the coffee capsules and snacks which was very generous. He also got us tickets for the bull fight. The kitchen tho tight was well equipped.

Communication was outstanding and the quality of the room and facility details were excellent for the price. We only stayed one night and didn’t really explore the area. It certainly wasn’t in the heart but was a quiet little place that was perfect for our needs for a one night arrival from the airport before we headed on into Spain

We really liked this hotel. The studio offered a good sized bedroom area, the décor was excellent and very homely. The shower was the best I have every come across in a hotel. There was also a galley kitchen with everything you needed plus some breakfast items provided daily. Whilst a little far out from the centre there is a bus available into Sol Seville (No 20 every 7 mins) from 50m right outside the hotel. The communication prior to arrival was also great.

The hosts were incredibly helpful throughout the whole process from booking until departure. Communication was clear and very informative. I felt right at home and comfortable here, as a solo traveller. I couldn't fault the room. It was exceptionally clean, showers were hot and the extra tea, coffee and snacks were a thoughtful touch. Despite arriving during the Madrid power outage, Fran was kind and helpful in making me feel at home. Offering alternatives for places to eat, nearby attractions and ideas for travel alternatives. He was also very accommodating with airport transfers. Thank you for having me, will definitely return to stay again 🙂

Location wasn't great. Nothing particuliarly interesting in the immediate neighborhood. Always need to take bus to center city. 10-15 minute ride each way.
