PolandThe hot water wasn’t working on the first day but was fixed the same day. The bigger issue was ants – reported to reception, slightly improved but still present daily. Breakfast was fine but lacked fresh vegetables and salads. Ordering taxis can be very unpredictable (5 minutes or up to an hour wait) and you can’t book for a set time – important to note if you have a bus or train to catch.
Overall, our stay was very enjoyable. The hotel is quiet and peaceful, with a lovely pool where there’s no rush or hassle over sunbeds. Its location is great – just a short walk to the beach and ocean, with beautiful sunsets to enjoy. The breakfast was fine, but I would have appreciated more fresh vegetables or salads. While I expected a bit more from a 4-star hotel, it provided exactly what we needed most – a place to truly rest and relax.

Spain1.We expressly booked this hotel for its children's club, which was very poor. There was no effort or enthusiasm show for providing activities and enthusing the children. Our 8 year-old son was very disappointed. 2. There was big gap in our balcony window and we had to ask to change rooms. This was a surprise and a nusiance. there was no apology from the staff. I could not believe any of this from a supposed four-star hotel. It was indicative of how the rooms and hotel in general is now looking old and in much need of money spent on it to renew it. 3. The breakfast buffet was very mediocre. 4. We had to pay 12 euros a day for parking.
The location by the beach was fantastic. Everything else was mediocre - or poor - for a 4-star hotel.
