was nice to have a pool area right in the heart of sitges. very quiet and very clean hotel. Rooms are a bit basic, but very clean and fine for a short break. Breakfast was extensive and excellent choice

It’s great, just don’t expect the ritz

It dated and basic, but has everything you need. Fridge, wifi and aircon. Staff are amazing, breakfast served to 11am and free afternoon coffee and buns.

1. I wish the pool was a little more lively, e.g. add some music or a little animation a couple of hours in the afternoon? Add some sunbeds too.

From hotel side nothing, only some guest did not shower before entering pool or jacuzzi, and did not respect the non smoking request around pool

Very well situated, excellent breakfast with great choice and perfect service, in pavillon big room with big bed and massage douche in bathroom. Daily change of towels. Free coffee, afternoon tea and lemon water at entrance. Nice pool. Very friendly staff. Could use the garage for 1 night. I will certainly come back

The pool area was very small and I was never able to get a sun bed. I felt the cleaning was ok and floors were not properly cleaned. Used glasses were not taken out of the room.

Maybe the shower in our room was a little tricky to get the hang of at first, either very hot or cold.

The very friendly attentive staff, the little touches like afternoon coffee/tea in the lounge, the option to take a beach towel to the beach with a deposit, the champagne reception in a sister hotel, the long period for breakfast and the wide choice of food, the fridge in the room, and the general slightly old-fashioned warm atmosphere.

Choice at breakfast was excellent and even though the hotel was full there was no waiting or queues for anything. Staff were polite, efficient and friendly. Pool area was small with nice mature trees around and a quite atmosphere. Our room was big enough and very clean with nice bedding. It seemed a little dated at first but the bathroom was modern and bright with a great shower.

Everything from the friendliness at check in and looking after your luggage pre book in to the amazing pool area… but the best thing of all is the incredible breakfast …. What a choice of foods from hot n cold to pick to a whole array of juices and coffees. Fabulous 🤩

50% of rooms are with a street view and this is really annoying because of sound. We were not lucky and struggled with noise outside especially at nights. There was an option to close the doors and use air conditioning during sleep but it's unnatural. The toaster at the kitchen makes a high tone sound and should be fixed.
