More facilities in the room such as a kettle would of been good otherwise perfect

Just a heads-up: the beach area isn’t the safest for tourists due to pickpockets. I’d recommend not bringing valuables with you and just enjoying the time with your travel companions. Aside from that, it felt safe and convenient.

This hotel is perfect for a stay before an early flight. It’s very close to the airport, which made traveling stress-free, and the added bonus was its location right next to the beach. Convenient and relaxing at the same time!

5th floor apartment on a corner, view was horrible, layout of room was strange, balcony was closed in, walk from lift to room was bit creepy.

Perhaps some glasses or cups could be put in the room, Sef and weight for the luggage, without extra paying, would be more preferable. Rooms were cleaned earlier in the morning; it would be more convenient to do it later when guests are absent, but lovely cleaning ladies accepted our preferable time absolutely. Btw, it helped us not to miss breakfast. :)

We had a very pleasant stay. Modest but very clean hotel, for a budget stay. The location is great, close to the main square of a long promenade, beach and best part of Can Pastilla. We had a twin room street view and partially sea view. The rooms are clean, with AC, TV, Sef, refrigerator. Room was cleaned every day and towels changed. Decent breakfast with variety of food. A large lobby with coffee machine, ice cream and snacks refrigerators, and massage chairs. The swimming pool is in the hotel across the street, same hotel brand. A large sitting area in the lobby and in front of the hotel.

Unfortunately I had little hants coming into my room was extremely hot the weather. However they accommodated me straightaway and gave me a new and spot on room.

Location was fantastic 3-4 minutes walking from the beach and 10 minutes by bus from the airport super convenient. Staff was really helpful as I had a little issue in my room they have changed the room straightaway and have been very polite. Breakfast was amazing too many choices for every taste .

In the bathroom during the shower, we have no enough water pressure and sometimes missing the cold water aswell. (4 and 5 floor)

The room was quiet, the terrace big, and the air conditioner worked well. For breakfast and dinner was a lot's of options to choose from. The food was tasty and fresh. The receptionist was very helpful and friendly, and they solved quickly all of our issues and request.

There was nothing I did not like.

Second time in this hotel, so I knew what I would get. Breakfast was nice, there were all the things you could imagine: fruits, vegetables, eggs, bacon, bread, cheeses, yougurt, cereal, muesli, juices, coffee/tea, pastries etc. Rooms and cleanliness were a bit more than ok, not super, but anyway very good for me in this price range. Luggage storage and courtesy shower were excellent plus. Also, the staff handeled super well the situation, when I saw cockroach in my room at the middle of the night; I was able to change room and sleep that night in another room and move my stuff the next morning. Thank you so so so much for that!

Excellent location - close to the beach, shops and restaurants. Bus stop right next to the hotel - to both the airport and centre of Palma. Excellent breakfast !! Helpful staff. Hot water and excellent air conditioning in rooms.

If you would like to stay nearby the seaside, this hotel may not a good option

The hotel is quite close to the airport, so it's convenient for us to stay here 1 night before moving to the next city. Breakfast was so good, with lot of options, the best food to me during my 2-week trip in Europe (even better than 4-5 stars hotel I stayed in Mallorca)

Not a deal breaker, but the air conditioning could use an upgrade. The toilet doesn’t have an extractor or exhaust fan, though there is a large window you can open to let the stuffiness out.

Great location—close to the airport, the beach, restaurants, and public transport. I was really happy I booked in this area. We relied entirely on public transport and had no issues getting around. Lovely staff - they were friendly. The room was clean and tidy, and I especially appreciated the bathroom, which had both a bidet and a bathtub.

The room I was given had a window problem - I reported it so I hope they fix it. Other than that, the room was very clean and comfortable. It was interesting since the room had a feel of upgraded motel room, but a bit mixed. The bathroom was sparkling clean, had marble sink, nice tiles etc, then some of the paint works were rough, and curtains were a bit old/dirty… if they fix those minor issues then it could be really nice.

Convenient location, clean, a lot of options for breakfast (I especially liked that there were plenty FRESH fruits - kiwi, pineapples etc)
