The only bad experience was that my little bag of jewelry which was in my suitcase went missing. I should have put it in the safe, but it is sad to have lost things of mostly sentimental value.

They offered a very good breakfast and also had a cafe/restaurant all day long. Beds were comfy, good bathroom and shower (had a shelf for your own shampoo and soap which I like).

Lovely room and very comfortable. Location great as in the middle of the town with plenty restaurants and shops. Daytime access tricky as probably the busiest tourist street but you just take time and enjoy the buzz. I would have liked a kettle as no opportunity to get a hot drink anywhere after 9.30 pm, that may be easier in full season though.

Room 4 was particularly noisy early morning with delivery vehicles banging doors etc. and bars setting up. Much quieter at other times though. Some small extra toiletries e.g shampoo/conditioner would be appreciated.

Room 3 with terrace was excellent. Clean, comfortable and location was very central Terrace was particularly well furnished and was used every day. Breakfast was efficient and good choice.

This was my second visit on cycling holiday - perfect location for a week of cycling in the mountains. The place is charming as is the locality - much better than Port a Polencia.

Beautiful hotel right in the centre of the old town. The staff were lovely and welcoming and the room was bright, comfortable and clean. I definitely recommend taking a drink to the rooftop to watch the sun set!

Great location in the center of Alcudia! The hotel is cozy and the room are comfortable and well designed. Recommended if you have the car and want a base away from the crowds of palma or other touristic places.

The location is amazing, right on the main restaurant street, however, the noise from outside could not be heard, the room was well sound-proof. We particularly enjoyed that we went down from our appartment and appeared right by all the restaurants for dinner. The room itself was alright, it had everything we needed. The breakfast was also great.

No problems but expect a wait for cocktails (around 15 Euros each)to take up in the lift to the roof-Alcuida is a busy place in August. TV choice limited for non-Spanish speakers but hey who comes to Mallorca to watch TV? We liked the dubbed Dr Who and Bob Esponja.

Friendly helpful check in. Local beaches explained, beach umbrella offered (free), cold water provided (hot day), keys explained, ongoing support offered. Room: good size, fridge, free carafe of water every day, aircon efficient, bathroom good (cold shower essential), no street noise even though the location is right in in the centre. Roof top cocktail bar is well worth a visit.

My only issue was that the hotel is on a busy square and when the waiters finish cleaning the restaurants on the square they can stay chatting/laughing quite loudly until 2/3 am which can disrupt sleep. It is not the hotel's fault though.

I did not pay for breakfast but the menu in the restaurant, including cafe/breakfast items was great. The rooms are wonderful and it has very good air conditioning. The roof terrace is wonderful

Everything was perfect. The location was perfect, the rooms are big enough and very clean with air conditioner which functions perfectly well, the breakfast was excellent and fresh every morning and the whole staff were lovely, friendly and helpful at any time.

Modern, renovated, stylish, comfortable, in the very center of the old town. We were not disturbed by the street noise at all. The rooftop bar is an added value to have a drink with beautiful sunset view

There is nothing really to dislike. There is a lot of noise at the ground level with restaurants all around, but it is situated in the main square, and we like'd the atmosphere.

Very nice room with outside seating & sunbed,really good choice of food at breakfast. The hotel is located above a restaurant in the main square of Alcudia,we thought it's going to be very noisy, but when in the room or outside on the decked area, it was really quiet. The Hotel does not have a reception, just a desk at the back of the restaurant,but does have common areas where you can sit & watch over the busy street's or sunbathe on a small roof which has a few beds,it also has a roof seating area where you can take drinks from the bar,this area is also open to the public so gets busy at night.
