We’ve got probably an older room. The doors and locks were quite flimsy and the toilet was shaky. The biggest let down was the only one socket in the room (we were three people). However, it was clean and comfortable and the breakfast was delicious! The staff at the reception was extremely helpful, we went to the suggested restaurant and it was great!

I would recommend calling beforehand to discuss check-in arrangements, as they have a limited team and reception is not 24h. The building is very old and the plumbing could use an upgrade. Breakfast could also improve by offering more continental options, but do not expect a cooked breakfast (not sure who would, for the price). All in all, we were pleasantly surprised.

Lovely staff and surprisingly decent accommodation for the price. We were a little apprehensive after reading some reviews. Don't expect a 5-star hotel, but do expect a clean room with a comfy bed (the ceiling fan was a godsent), basic breakfast and amazing location. I would say, consider this a family-run, unpretentious accommodation for those who aren't planning on spending much time in the rooms. The lovely woman that works there, the young girls and Adria the Manager, are all helpful and approachable. Again, do not expect luxury service, but rather a more informal and familiar approach.

It was really hot, we had to sleep with the windows open and the vans on. The room was small, and overall it’s good for a short stay.

The staff was really friendly, the place was in the city center and there was easy parking spots for really cheap price nearby.

We had a bit of confusion and delay getting in but we were very late arriving, so to be expected. All was fairly quickly resolved.

I have stayed here before and always enjoy the experience. Rooms are comfortable and the location is excellent, with easy access to all local amenities. The proprietor is extremely helpful, even with the sometimes strange requests I often have regarding key pickups, and always friendly. I hope to stay there again in the future

Before I arrived, I messaged the hotel asking if it’s ok to check in earlier as I was attending a wedding later on. Someone replied that it’s fine for me to arrive anytime after 1pm. As I arrived around 2pm the lady on the reception was just leaving on her break. I told her that I need to check in now as I’m attending a wedding and have very little time to prepare. She said she’s going to her lunch break, and she has only 30 mins and she’s very hungry…. She was arguing for about 5 mins that she won’t let me in before she eats… after this 5 mins she finally did the check in for me - the whole process lasted probably less than a minute… i was really dissatisfied with this treatment. It was quite unprofessional and rude. Also the window of the room was covered with things. There was no natural light and the room felt like a bad student accommodation

The property was ok to what meets the eye, however as the trip went on we noticed more issues. There was a ‘window’ from the bedroom onto the stairs well which could have easily been forced open from the outside, which made us feel very unsafe. There was also exposed wires in the 2nd bedroom. When we addressed the issues, via message as reception was closed, we were out for tea and received images/ videos of the owners in our room which had all of our belongings in - without any consent! They were in to investigate the hole in the wall connecting the bedroom and the stairwell which they called a window for interior view. Overall the stay was poor and the service inadequate. You could also hear every noise from the other guests closing doors or talking when laying in bed.

The location was close to the beach.
