What can be improved: apartment need some maintenance ( bath tub, walls, dressing, air conditioning etc) It is a kind of old apartment which was refurbished maybe 7 years ago and the time passed by and let traces. Another item: oposite to the windows of apartment is a building under repair with scaffolds and workers on it 😊. Across the street other buildings under construction.

Location was very good. Close to the central market at a walking distance. Bus station very close. Super market, coffee shops close to location. Apartment was very clean.

Comfortable Clean Elevator Close to the center only 10 minutes

The apartment is located on the periphery of the old town. The center with its attractions is only 10 minutes away on foot. Getting to the apartment from the airport is super easy with the metro (4€) and only 10 minutes away walking. For attractions further away, the bus system is extensive and you can buy a card (around 5€ for 10 trips). The card can be recharged as needed and it can also be used by multiple riders. My only complaint is the TV. We spent 10 days and in the evening we enjoyed watching a little TV. Unfortunately it's small and the sound quality is very poor which makes the experience unpleasant. If you ever visit Valencia during the Fallas festival - which lasts 2 weeks - be prepared to be awakened by the loud firecrackers (everybody partakes). My suggestion would be to come 4 days before the end and stay 4 days after and that way you'll get a taste of both the rambunctious and the quiet sides of the city. Overall we enjoyed our visit.

Very friendly and helpful staff. They let us leave our luggage before our check-in. Flat looks like on the photos. Air-conditioning in the flat was very handy. Good value for money.

The smell from the sewer was spread all over the property. The sofa was extremely uncomfortable, the heating in the bathroom and the toilet was missing.

We had difficulty communicating with Jose regarding check-in and billing for the additional deposit. The water heater is not big enough for two people.

The location of the apartment is excellent - a 10-minute walk to the metro. Nearby there are small shops, restaurants and bakeries with delicious sweet and savory pastries. The area is lively, but not noisy (at least in January). It is possible to use an elevator to the third floor. The two rooms in the apartment are cozy, with a comfortable bedroom and a sofa bed. The kitchen is beautifully equipped. The bathroom is spacious and comfortable. The apartment has a huge wardrobe. The roof terrace offers a wonderful view and is excellent for sunbathing and dining in the summer.

The sofa bed was not very comfortable for sleeping...otherwise everything was very good.

The apartment was only 14 min from the center, it was clean and very quite. The host was very friendly and addressed our request in timely manner.

Lack of plastic chopping board was the only thing we missed (a little). Would be great to wrote about construction works on the site right opposite the building on booking.com. We didn’t mind as on weekend there were no works at all, while during the week we wake up quite early but for some it might be a nuisance.

Great apartment with everything you need, very spacious and cozy, comfortable beds, nice living room area, balcony in each room with a cool view of the street. At the same time, we had access to a private terrace area on the top floor which was a great place to organize a group dinner/lunch and quite spacious as well. The location was perfect. It is located just outside of the old town (2 min walk away). There were many bars, restaurants, supermarkets in the area, so you have many options to explore depending on your travel plan. There were also multiple bus stops nearby where there are buses with good connections that can take you to the Valencia Marina and Science City, and a metro station which is connected directly to the airport. The staff was amazing, very friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Pilar, Maria, Manrique and Jose for the great support!

Based on previous reviews, we hoped for a lot of construction activity across the street. However, maybe due to public holidays or weekend, crews didn’t start work until 8 or even 9am on Monday morning. That said, our neighbours from a unit above moving furniture after 12am helped to offset the disappointment caused by lack of construction operations.

Valencia, our future retirement place and the most favorite spain city for us. And when in Valencia, we only stayed with Flat Friends apartments for the past 6 years. For this spring, we stayed for the first time here at the Flat Friends Torres Quart apartment #3. We were amazed how spacious and luminous it was. I felt a good zen with this apartment that we will be booking this apartment #3 for our next Valencia stay. I find it so practical that the washing machine is inside the apartment. Also, we love the Flat Friends staff very accomodating and great customer service treatment to their clients. So fast to act on our request and complaints. Also, the apartment is clean and newly renovated plus there is a parking and elevator-those make our stay with them sooo relaxing and stress free:-) Highly recommended!

Apartment was nice and clean. We got there with our kid and she was so happy with the place too. Communication with the hosts was without any problem. We got answers on every our question. It's 7 minutes from the center, street is quite and store is literally across the street. We are caming back next year. :)
