Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.

United KingdomEntertainment wasn't on for the first 2 days of stay, when it was on however there wasn't much advertisement on which activities were on and when would have helped massively if wanting to join in the activities by the pool. Also don't get stung with the pool plastic cups! - they are 1 Euro and non refundable if you don't take it back when buying a new drink you get charged for another but you do get to keep them on check out.
The hotel was clean and comfortable. Reception staff member Carmen was very helpful on check in and assisted us to have an earlier check in after a very early flight! Activity coordinator Christina was friendly and fun with some good energy for activities. Good selection of drinks and happy hour 16:00-17:00. The location is literally right across from the beginning of the Benidorm strip and a short walk to the beach 6 Euros for a beach bed all day! (Extra for parasol).

United KingdomOn check in staff confirmed parking was free at the hotel but there were no spaces available..The maid woke us up very early, it appeared she was knocking every door on the landing, perhaps to see who had checked out already? surely there's a better way than this

SpainThe wardrobe door had been broken and been fixed very badly. So when we arrived we opened the door and basically was hanging off we had to wedge the dry cleaning bag between the doors to keep it closed. Very dangerous if a child had been in the room. We took photo evidence and showed it to the receptionist and he said he would get it fixed.

I liked everything about the hotel. I only stayed on a bed and breakfast basis for two days but I really enjoyed everything about the hotel, The food was good, the drinks were cheap, the entertainment was excelent and the location was perfect for the other bars and clubs. On top of that it was only a 5 minute walk to the beach.
