First all the staff were agreeable and professional, the spa and pool facilities were great and clean, breakfast was on the basic side but nice nonetheless, the room was spacious with a lovely bathroom and comfortable bedding.

Great hotel. So relaxing and oozed old style class, comfort and service. Room was large and lovely. Bed enormous, terrace onto the pool area which was first class. Excellent food with friendly staff. Absolute gem of a hotel. We’ll be back.

There was an issue with the air conditioning, which made the room temperature higher than it should have been.

We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The room is comfortable, spacious, and clean. The staff is friendly, and we made good use of the spa. There are complimentary drinks in the minibar, and you get free towels and bathrobes. The restaurant was very good, but keep in mind that the prices are high.

The spa needs some renovation, as well as the rooms. In spa, doors to saunas don't close well, and in the room, a wooden floor tile was constantly coming off. It's impossible to open a window in the room. The breakfast wasn't the best experience because the staff didn't inform us how to get the warm breakfast options when we were sat at the table, we assumed that the warm breakfast will just come eventually and helped ourselves with the cold options. But after some waiting, we figured out that we just have to specifically ask the waitress (who wasn't busy since there were only 2 guests apart from us) to bring the menu (which is just a QR code).

It wasn't crowded, and it was nice to use the spa all by ourselves. The receptionist was friendly. There were a lot of trees by the room window, which made the view pretty nice. The bed was very large and comfy.

This hotel was exceptional. We were upgraded to a suite that was beautifully furnished and so comfortable… we wished we could’ve stayed longer. The spa facilities were immaculate and lovely. We had a wonderful dinner and breakfast was delicious.

The gym could use an upgrade. but I wouldn't say I disliked it. Everything else was amazing.
