Pool too small, not enough sunbeds for number of guests staying in hotel. Queues for drinks too long.

So busy...dining room and pool and bar area not quite large enough to accommodate all guests at all times.

Room Size Good, Roof Top terrace exceptional. Communal areas are religiously cleaned. Food offering and selection is very varied and always high quality. The staff are tremendous....100% effort all of the time. So much to do if you wish to engage, but no pressure to do so.

The room was constantly damp from condensation and smelt musty. We thought we'd booked outside the UK school holidays and had forgotten that Scotland are off earlier than England and Wales (so completely our fault).

The food was great and varied. The staff were amazing and couldn't be more helpful.

Quite difficult to get a sun lounger… but that’s probably the same everywhere.

Rooms were good, especially the walk in wardrobe and big balcony. Quiet dining area also great. Entertainment was good and staff really friendly.

From all meals, breakfast is the best! The others I would rate a 3 out of 5! The rooms are big, great for families! It’s on the beach so you can’t beat location! Staff always happy to help and with a smile.

Lots of families with younger children. Difficult to get a sun bed in both poolside and roof terrace as people were reserving with towels. Staff tried to manage but I think there could be a better system.

In the evening you can only get drinks from the bar, so it’s 3 staff for a whole full hotel and you have to queue a bit. More sun loungers needed.

Superior suite wasn't as large as we expected -also slightly old and in need of renovation/new furniture. Bed was comfortable but could have been firmer. Music for the evening show was a bit loud when we were trying to put our 2 year-old daughter to bed.

For only 1 restaurant the quality and variety of the food was excellent! Great chefs like Rafa and very friendly waiting staff. Also Luis and Ana on the desk were incredibly helpful and you could tell that they really care.

Ques for restaurant and bar and unable to get a sunbed in the sun(not hotels fault just the way the low winter sun fell)

We were late in the season, so low sun stopped the sun hitting the pool area so it got a bit chilly. Rooms clean and restaurant nice. Food good but often a que to get in. Staff were amazing so friendly and helpful at all times and drink good and not overly expensive

Unfortunately there is no real beach at this hotel, with the shore adjacent to the hotel a mix of rocks, seaweed, and wood-chips. There is, however, a public beach within walking distance from town - close to shops and restaurants. The resort was a smaller than expected, so options for activities are somewhat limited. With that said, the animation team kept the kids busy while we were on site. Our room was up one level close to the reception, so maybe our space was a bit noiser than other parts of the hotel. For those looking for a quieter area, perhaps a room closer to the water. Our room was sufficient, nothing fancy - the beds were hard and the bathroom plumbing could use some updating. The balcony space was nice.

Staff was very friendly and accommodating, offering us food after our late check-in and allowing luggage storage upon check-out. They also helped to arrange a car rental for a day - overall affordable and hassel-free. Our kids loved the animation team and planned activities such as archery and darts. Since our kids are older, they also had an opportunity to enjoy the teen games room. Pool and ping pong tables were a huge hit. We were there in October so the pool was a bit cold, but we still enjoyed the seating areas and pool bar. The food at the restaurant was excellent and offered a wide selection, with a different speciality each night. Meals were very delicious and exceeded our expectations. The hotel bars offered a wide selection of alcohol and non-alcohol beverages, and were very good about making specialty drinks. Staff spoke English, French, Spanish, and German - making it very comfortable for guests from a variety of regions.

The hotel is not 4*, the rooms are spacious but basic. Double room consists of two singles pushed together. The pool is not fit for purpose as it is very small and so is the area surrounding it. Everyone packed in like sardines. Not a free sunbed to be found.

The location was excellent which is why I would return. A 2 minute walk away was an area on rocks with sun beds and parasols to hire. Very clean and staff were amazing. Direct access to the sea and a beach cafe/bar open until 11pm.
