Parking - Getting in the parking lift was very difficult and we caught our wing mirror. Getting back out was made easier by the hotel janitor giving me instructions and in a very humorous manner. I don’t think I could have done it without him.

Reception and cleaning staff were exceptional.

Very unsmiling breakfast staff not welcoming and then at end of breakfast told me off for putting some water in my water bottle. V petty!

Great location - adjacent to the centre of town. Town is pleasant to walk around and Calle de Laurel was a fab experience. Staff were very friendly and helpful particularly with the parking which was ok for our Honda CRV!

The on site carpark is unable to accommodate larger cars so we had to pay €17 euros to park in the nearest acceptable carpark which was a 10 minute walk away.

The hotel was very clean and the staff were really friendly and helpful at both check in and check out. The room was lovely.

Car park was a squeeze - just as well we have a small car. There was an employee who guides us out however which was a godsend!

Close to Calle Laurel (tapas alley) and lovely view over the river from our room.

Shower in the bath was a bit scary as there was no bath mat which made it very slippery. Could be a problem for older guests.

Fantastic location in the centre of Logroño. Perfectly comfortable for one night out on the town and the morning after recovery!

Staff were very helpful in letting me charge my bike in the hotel reception and showed me later to underground parking.

The bar/restaurant staff that were on duty when we arrived back one evening at about 10.20pm.we were told quite bluntly we are closed but the very helpful lady receptionist had told us earlier the bar was open untill 11.00pm and she went and told them too serve us. They were not to happy.

Nothing really, as we found it had everything that what we needed for our stay.. by the way Longono is a fantastic place to visit & would have warranted another couple of days to enjoy.

Location was great & easy to get too. The reception guy could have charged for three bikes, but common sense prevailed & we squeezed into one parking space & was charged for one vehicle.

The bed was small , more of a cot than a proper single bed. If you are tall it would be a problem

Location - the first thing you see when you cross the bridge into logrono. The bathroom was huge for a single en-suite with bath tub, shower n bidet.

Well the cafe / bar is closed weekends ? Not really good as no other local bars ! The parking is ok for small vw golf car or smaller and it’s expensive. No coffee / tea facilities in room, the bath / shower is deadly slippery even for fit people totally an accident going to happen or has already and really did not expect hairs from parts of body not mentionable in bath cleaning was not to standard expected from a hotel of this rating, and non soft close toilet seat which is the norm now, reception staff could be a little more friendly on my birthday was told nothing happing in town so if no good move to another city !!!

The fact that I could not turn the air conditioning on the vault, safe didn’t work, and there was a light in the bathroom that was out other than that the children playing down the street was kind of humorous

Beatrice!!!! do I need to say more? She went out of her way to make my stay the best ever. I arrived with an Achilles ankle issue and she helped me with getting ice finding an ER and getting me a taxi. This lady is just awesome.
