Needs a bit of TLC in some areas. Some guests not following the rules and the overall relaxing experience of the hotel. We got some noisy guests and at the spa we found people not following the spa rules. Not wearing the cap nor going through the steps. Being noisy and at the outside pool playing with the ball bothering other guests. They weren't even young guys. Even the young guys were much more behaved.

The piña colada and the food were amazing. Adding to this the friendliness of the staff that made it even more great. The spa, the area of the spa and the massage was one of the best.

The service at the outside pool was a little slow but cocktails and food was nice

Our stay at this hotel was amazing. Staff were so helpful and accommodating. We got upgraded to a suite with a hot tub, free of charge. Our suite was next level. Beds were comfortable and suite was very clean. Such an enjoyable staff and we can’t wait to visit again.

There's nothing going on in the area - it's not close to or connected to anything, without a car.

Great spa, gym facilities, spacious rooms with balcony, pool area is great, friendly staff. Loads of parking space nearby.

I had to wait over an hour for a Burger when it wasnt cooked to my preference of Medium. They forgot about me and I had to remind them on a few occasions. Yes I received a refund for my meal. Room service extremely slow/long.

Clean, good facilities, lovely rooms. Would stay again, but I would eat out next time.

To be picky, maybe a little toilet’s refurbishment, at it seemed a little dated.

We got the room with the pool view, the size was good and quiet during the night. The SPA very good and clean. Good also the parking under the facility. A nice surprise was the delicious food served at the pool bar. It is worth a second visit.

It was quite pricey for me and I was looking forward to a massage but they were fully booked.

The outside pool area is tired...there are 2 cabana type sun loungers which are rarely used and take up space for at least another 4 or 5 sunbeds...the handrails into the pool are badly rusted and the grout between the tiles is moulded..there had been a strong wind when we were there and a lot of leaves etc were lying in the pool...the cleaner only seemed to come once a week...a robot pool cleaner might be a good investment

Staff were all very helpful and friendly..The hotel itself would appear short staffed as poolsidebar doesn't open until 12 noon..probably to allow time to clear breakfast. The breakfast buffet was fine..some more variety might be a good idea and the omelette station is not always manned..proximity to Estepona and Puerto Banus is good...provided you have a car. The reception area has been redecorated and is very pleasant

The gym does not open 24 hours, and the pool was not too big, even pool sun-beds weren’t enough with the peak time of the sun tanning for all.

The staff were so helpful and the hotel was so clean.

The pool was nice, but definitely needs better filters, or at least more regular vaccuming, because while we were there there was a lot of visible dirt that wasn't filtered properly. Not sure why, but needs either filter check or more regular cleaning.

Breakfast was good. Beds very comfortable, nice bathroom, and as everyone mentioned exceptional spa. It has aroma baths, steam room, cold plunge, salt water pool with various hydro massages, dry sauna, you name it. Really recommend going and paying the extra for it.

There was one or two ladies in the pool bar working that was slightly rude but all other staff, house keeping/reception and restaurant was fantastic.
