It's a basic hotel. Old, and with small rooms. We asked for twin beds explicitly but we got a double bed. We were 3 in the room with only two plastic cups provided in the room. When we asked for the third one, they wanted to charge us for it, but we managed to convince them it's ridiculous. Breakfast was basic, but good option to have if not partying till late. The coffee though is very bad there.

We took a sea view room and it was fabulous to wake up and see the sea. The air con in the room was brilliant as the temperatures were high. Great location, only a short walk from the shops and lovely back streets. Staff were brilliant and so helpful even at our 4 am check out. The food was very good and nice to get the 10% discount in the restaurant Les Pixtrines at the front of the hotel. We would certainly stay here if we were to visit Lloret de Mar again.

Shower was tiny. Not much furniture in the room. Nowhere to put bags, etc Other rooms have much larger showers.

Views from room were excellent - ocean facing. Staff were always there and always helpful. Room was clean and comfortable.

The room was too smal and on the side of the building ( not the sea view on booking com). The bed was too narrow and the springs of the mattress stuck on my back. Not comfy at all. You have to pay 16 euros to use the jacuzzi ! On booking.com it doesn' t say it costs extra: it shows the view from it and makes you think it' s included.

Location : just on the peatonal by the sea. Very, friendly staff. I got a 10% discount at the nearby restaurant for being a guest at this hotel. Good price ( out of season and mid week)

Easy access to sea front .. reception staff where polite and friendly.. upgraded us from standard room to sea view room as our room wasn't ready .. even though we arrived at 12 and check in .. was from 3 o clock ..

Shower cabin was little and little tight.

VERY clean property and very friendly and helpful staff. The room was after renovation, nice and bright with sea view. Towels were changed and room cleaned every day.

The spa area on the roof was amazing. Really nice way to relax and enjoy the space to yourself. It's worth the extra charge. The location is very good. Choose the Sea view. It's beautiful. Very nice area for a few days away...

Maybe only the soap could be liquid in the dispenser

From the moment arriving we got good service from the friendly staff. The best is the location, it's so close to the beach yet really close to the city centre and groceries shopping. The view from the balcony was amazing and even though it was raining one day, the balcony was dry and we could chill there. You get the cleaning lady each day, getting you fresh towels and wipes the floor. It's worth visiting!
