Overall does not really feel like 4 stars, more like 3+. Not luxury enough, dinner deserts same as brrakfast, etc. Not enough chairs around the pool, maybe 20?

I liked the property overall, but one thing I didn’t appreciate was that the pool wasn’t open. It would have been helpful if that had been communicated in advance, as it was something I was really looking forward to enjoy.

The outdoor space was a big plus. It’s rare to find a garden/patio area that’s so well-kept and usable.

Room is large, with balcony, clean, good size bathroom and free breakfast, which was very nice. highly recommended, plus secure parking for cars and motorcycles for 10 euro. 5 minute stroll to main town and bars/ restaurants.

The distance from the city center and the unavailable amenities. The EV charger was not available when we arrived, but later was told that they did have an unlock card. And also the swimming pool.

Excellent hotel, great facilities. Too bad the pool was closed and the location is a little bit away from downtown Ourense, but it ends up beeing more quiet, so all an all not so bad.

Slightly off the main highway but made up with a pleasant stay.

Needed a place for a night stopover and found this gem on booking.com Grand hotel lobby with matching room.

The bed was a bit hard and I would have preferred a modern shower instead of a bath with shower attachment.

The room was clean and very quiet, the staff were very nice, the breakfast room was bright and spacious and there was a wide range of food to choose from. There were plenty of parking spaces.

The bar and cafeteria were functional, but these areas lacked any ambiance. The comfort, the decor and the food were lacking and all had the appeal of Noia bus station. More thought needs to be given to the needs of guests seeking a comfortable and welcoming environment at the end of the day. A beer or a glass of wine before supper should be taken in a relaxing and pleasing area, not in an area that has no charm or character. A waste of its potential, it needs a re-design. However the staff were very willing, helpful and, despite the surroundings, very cheerful.

All up to expectations and mainly favourable. Breakfast was good and full of choice.

This is a 4 star hotel but the restaurant was shut and they could only offer a cafeteria menu, not good enough. Especially as it is in a quite remote location with no alternative nearby.

It ‘s pretty far from Ourense, but that’s what you choose for.

The room was spacious, and the breakfast was fine. The staff was nice and efficient. The Wifi didn’t work but the lady at the reception helped to solve the problem. The garden in front of the hotel looked beautiful and the parking spot was shaded. But in high season there aren’t enough places in the shade, I guess.

The only "less positive" point was no car charging point.

The staff was very nice! The mattress was extremely comfortable. Rooms and hotel were very clean. Pleasant place with lots of room around the hotel.
