At times they were understaffed, especially in the bar. There was only one person attending the bar and restaurant which meant you had to wait a while to be served.

The room was spacious. Easy to park next to the hotel.

It was a little dark in the room; I think one of the lights was out. But not a big deal.

We wanted to eat in the main restaurant with a full menu but was told we only had the option of the bar menu. It was a limited fast food selection. So we had dinner in the town centre. The air conditioning did not work well.

We have stayed at this hotel before and like it's position. A 15-minute stroll into the main town of jaca and situated in a quiet area with lots of free parking. The large rooms have mountain views and are quiet.

That this was probably a good deal we found rather than the usual price. 😂 I missed a small coffee machine in the room.

I loved the two levels room The bed was very comfortable, I slept really well. I enjoyed the few complimentary snacks at the lobby.

The hotel facilities were excellent, room very clean and comfortable. The staff went out of their way to help us. special thanks to Luis who translated menus into English and assisted us with much more! food was excellent recommend the steak

Nothing really

Great location for a break in my journey. Easy walk into town with some wonderful views of the high Pyrenees. Nice friendly staff and a good breakfast. Although plenty of free parking is available, I appreciated the secure underground garage.

Everything was fantastic. Staff were delightful and welcoming, facilities were great, parking was secure (important for motorcycles) , the rooms were comfortable and well appointed, the bar was great and the breakfast was excellent.

The walk into Jaca is longer than suggested. The wine overpriced.

The staff are very helpful. The restaurant was good but is out of season for Jaca so buffet style very reasonably priced. The secure parking.

The coffee from the coffee machine at breakfast was pretty dreadful. Some things the hotel does are simply unnecessary or wasteful, like e-mailing you for online checkout or hanging a 'your room is ready' paper door hanger outside your door (I would hope so if they gave me the key ...). The staff at the breakfast loudly shouting across the room that we hadn't booked breakfast, only to find out that we had when she checked (we had booked it on arrival). Check-in took relatively long, probably because we were helped by new staff in training. Relatively 'data hungry' so they can send you all kinds of e-mails. Wifi was dreadful.

Modern and clean rooms. Hotel is located in a quiet part of town, not too far from the historical city (even walkable distance). While they offer private parking at an extra fee there is more than enough free parking around the hotel. Breakfast was very affordable at 9 euro. While not fantastic, it had enough options. Check in (15:00) and out (12:00) are relatively good for Spanish standards.

We didn’t realise that you had to put the sign out if you wanted your room to be cleaned. The breakfast was €20. We thought it was a bit expensive.
