No so much a dislike, more a recommendation. The suites are lacking drawer space for items such as underwear but there is enough room for this to be fixed easily.

The hotel smells beautiful and is wonderfully clean. There is no rush for sunbeds as the area is gated and locked until 10am. The sunloungers are so comfortable and the staff are attentive.

It’s a bit far out of the centre, good if you want a bit more of a chilled stay but just be Prepared to either figure out the local bus stop timetable or spend a good amount of money on Ubers. I also would’ve preferred if the room cleaning happened a little bit later in the day. We found it was around 11 o’clock just after breakfast so we felt we couldn’t go back up to a room after breakfast and just relax and get ready for the day, we had to be out and ready to head off. It’s only a small thing. I’d say it’s fine if your early risers. Maybe a bit of music playing in the evening around the pool/lounge would be nice too had a bit of atmosphere.

Very clean, very open, There is a lovely pool, the Bali Beds by the pool were perfect, they’re really comfy, and there’s a great set up by the pool, so you can have some drinks and your book or whatever entertainment. The breakfast was lovely, great options. Lovely big rooms and large balcony. I liked how there were sun loungers on the balcony so I could relax while staying out of the peak sun hours. There is an Aldi next door, which is great if you just want to grab a few bits . Staff are lovely and so helpful, really friendly and accommodating . The bed was so comfortable.

While the hotel is not next to a beach, it's still within walking distance of Río Verde Beach (around 800m), but you'll have to go under an underpass that doesn't smell good at all.

The hotel is quite new, and it boasts a nice pool area (that was never crowded during our stay) with a nice poolside bar. Rooms are spacious, bright, and comfortable, and the terraces are huge. We loved the evening walk to Puerto Banús (some 30 minutes) along the beach.

Nothing. It’s a shame it wasn’t on the beach, but I knew that before booking! It’s only a five minute walk to the beach though and is in its own quiet area.

The staff were amazing, very attentive and made us feel welcome. The hotel is very modern, light and airy. Breakfast is exceptional - so much choice. Very comfortable beds as well. There's an Aldi nearby for essentials, and both Puerto Banus and Old Marbella are a short taxi ride away (€8-10).

No doors on the toilet in the bedrooms! This was quite disconcerting. The breakfast was lacking in anything tasty, in particular the coffee was quite tasteless (more like weak instant coffee). The coffee in the bedrooms were also quite tasteless. Also, although this is probably why they had a spotless environment, food could not been eaten near the pool.

The rooms were clean well sized, especially the patio. The staff was warm friendly and all were very helpful. For example we had flowers and they provided a vase to help. The pool and facilities spotless and well maintained. It was idyllic, peaceful and very hospitable experience.

A couple of small things, firstly, this isn’t a fault of the hotel but something to note, you need to get taxis / Ubers everywhere as it is basically in the middle between old town and Puerto Banús and unfortunately with the motorway, it’s hard to walk to either place, taxis are not too expensive but it does add up. Secondly, for such a new, modern hotel at the price we paid for it I would have expected a smart TV in the room to access Netflix etc. We didn’t want to go out every night and it would have been good to have the option to sit in and watch tv. While I thought the bar food was nice, I thought it was very over priced.

The hotel is spotlessly clean, facilities are fantastic and all staff were very smiley, friendly and helpful. The pool area is lovely with big comfortable loungers. I found the hotel really quiet and peaceful which was lovely for us. I thought the addition of conditioner, a shaving set and toothpaste & tooth brushes in the rooms was a nice touch as it’s one less thing to remember to pack! The rooms are a great size with spacious balconies and the bed was huge and really comfortable.

Maybe it was the time of the year (May) however the Terrace Bar was dead in the evening. Would have been nice to come back after a meal out and have some drinks on the terrace in a chilled atmosphere. It's a nice terrace bar so just needs a lounge DJ to create the right ambiance

Nice relaxing hotel. Facilities good with nice pool, comfy sunbeds and good pool bar serving drinks and lunch. Breakfast good although we didn't eat in the restaurant for dinner as this looked a little limited. Plenty of dinner options within walking distance though. Best part was that the hotel is relatively small and civilized meaning there was no panic rush for the sunbeds in the morning and breakfast was nice and relaxing with food in plenty supply. Shout out to Samera the cleaning lady and the pool bar staff who were really friendly.

My only fault would be breakfast. The breakfast was good however it could have had more hot food options to choose from as there was only 2 options. The boiling water for tea/coffee was in a kettle and we had to wait for it to boil and asked for it to be filled up where as other hotels usually have it in a tank ready to use.
