The bathroom was a little bit untidy and in need of taking care of. For example, a used shower cap from a previous guest was left near the bathtub, and the toilet lid was disconnected.

The gate on the front door felt foreboding.

As I mentioned, the 3 person room is basic with a small fridge but it was no problem for us as we stayed a single night.

We needed a hotel for one night as we had to stay in Seville one night longer than we planned. The hotel was centrally located close to the Cathedral and our previous hotel. The kind staff at reception helped take the luggage in the morning and then kept it until we checked in at the evening. The room was basic but clean and spacious enough for us 3.

It’s an older, City Centre property so can be a little noisy.

Perfect location, two minutes from the cathedral etc and everything else walking distance. Traditional Spanish style hotel, amazing tiles and stained glass etc. it is beautiful. Our room was a reasonable size, plenty of storage space, traditional old Spanish furniture. Fridge and a kettle. Everything was lovely and clean and bed was comfortable. Wi Fi worked perfectly. Breakfast was very handy, mostly continental with some hot options. Coffee was good. Staff were very helpful and we booked a return taxi to airport through them which made everything easy.

I chose this hotel because it offers private parking. Before booking, I contacted the hotel administration to confirm that I would be able to park my car after midnight, as we were planning to attend the final of the King's Cup football match. I was assured that parking would be available and that a space would be reserved for me. However, when we arrived, I was told that the parking closes at 10 PM and doesn't reopen until 6 AM, making it impossible to use as planned. When we asked if we could leave the car there just for 1.5 hours before 10 PM, we were told it would cost €15 — which is unreasonable. Also, the breakfast is not worth €11. We arrived at the restaurant at 9:30 AM and ended up refusing to eat because there was practically nothing available.

The hotel is very well located in the city center, with many attractions within walking distance, which was very convenient for us. Although our room was on the ground floor and facing the street, the windows were of high quality and provided excellent soundproofing — we weren't disturbed by any noise. The bathroom was stocked with premium-quality toiletries, which was a pleasant surprise. We were also offered a complimentary glass of Cava upon arrival — although we didn't drink it, it was still a nice gesture. It was also great that the hotel offers rooms for four people — perfect for a small group of friends or family traveling together.

Not having a ramp next to the stairs at the main door. Makes it difficult to lift the luggages up the flight of steps.

The area was quite noisy actually, I think there is some construction going on close by. Breakfast was ok but could be better

Location was in the center, not far from most of the attractions. Room was small but nice, in the spanish old style I guess, same as the whole hotel. Bed comfortable. I liked the staff. They were not just friendly but also ready to accomodate my wishes and just knew what was going on.

The walls were very thin, we could hear people snoring and talking in other rooms. The beds could have been more comfortable and sturdier, generally felt like things needed updates.

The location and staff were amazing! Super helpful and friendly staff and the hotel was in the perfect place near the cathedral.

Not hotels fault but book carefully through booking.com as i thought it said breakfast included. It wasnt Had room with no stairs on ground floor which was good but a little noisy from the foyer and reception
