The beds are right next to the entrance door, and one hears everything. Some guests and room doors are really noisy. You hear everything at any time! This was disturbing during the night.

The food, drinks and the wellness & spa area are really good.

The rest feels frozen in time: 90s pool, crowded sunbed chaos, a 30-minute hike to the beach, vintage furniture that screams 1970s, and enough noise to make you rethink family-friendly hotels.

The spa is absolutely fantastic, spotless, and easily the highlight of the whole stay; food is decent (if a bit repetitive), and the all-inclusive deal is fair for the price.

One of the kids fell down while playing and disturbed the barricade in mini disco and a staff was rude to her for doing so without asking if she was ok.

We opted all-inclusive. Enjoyed breakfast, lunch and dinner. Kids enjoyed pool, mini disco and play area. Interesting part was different events which was scheduled every evening.

Loved that the kids are allowed in the spa in the mornings, my sons 1st time and the spa itself is fantastic! Love that they don't let people keep sunbeds for hours that they are not using! Everyone was super friendly that works there!

Indoor kids club was to cold. No good when is outside +30 and inside air conditioning was set on 16. So our kids were not well next few days.

We were 9 people together but we could not sit together at dinner or lunch because there was no table that took more than 6 people at a time. We were not allowed to move tables or chairs around. This is not exactly what you expected at a hotel that advertised as a family friendly hotel.

Good place to stay with children as long as you are not more than 6 persons together.

The attituse of canteen manager that caused my hoiliday become unpleasent. once we got some food and one of my family share it with me and my wife One of them staff spied on us and went told the manager and he came front of us told off that we did not expect that and he could have done this situation much better , we did comlplain but still waiting for his appologize

everything were fine and we were All Inclusive people and we used the facility as much as we could. Spa & Pool & room were very nice and clean but need to update some of parts as they are become old and not very nice

Would be nice to have some tea pot, coffee and tea in the room or at least on the floor would be nice addition.

Everything was great! Especially the towels, spa area and the stuff - big value! Great variaty of the foods during breakfast and dinner. Nice location in short walking distance to everything.

We had a car, so no big deal but the location is not the best. Only few families, it is designed mostly for retired couples, but we didn’t really mind

The hotel is really clean, staff was mostly nice. Our housekeeper lady was super friendly and the restaurant team also really good. Few grumpy man at the bar in the evening Evening entertainment was very good, the animation team is great

Unfortunately, my only complaint would be the food. It is buffet style and locked, consistent quality. The hot food was quite often cold, but the fresh fruits and vegetables we’re always my best choice.

The Spa is excellent with many choices for relaxation. The room was good, especially having a separate bedroom from the living area. Beautiful pool in the middle of the hotel.

Some tired areas of the property ie cracked tiles around the pool areas and on the room balcony’s too. Some of the staff in the Buffet restaurant were quite rude and unaccomadating at times and the restaurant was chaotic . Sittings might be the way forward here . Overall I had a great stay and would definitely return .

Large clean bedrooms and plenty of sunbeds available . Free use of spa is plus . Good facilities for kids , ie nice play area , pools . Snack bar great and fantastic burgers . Also they have fresh to order bar ie tapas , Caesar salads etc . All inclusive drinks were okay , only tried beer , wine and G and T , so can’t comment on the rest . Girls around the pool bar were lovejy , smiling , singing and welcoming .

Cocktails were disgusting but beer was nice and at a great price for half board residents.. Waiting for the lift during busy times could take 5 -10mins Lights in the corridor shine through the bedroom window but other than that we had a fantastic stay

The toilet paper is too thin, we ended up clogging the toilets multiple times sadly. The entertainment was catered to old people, so as a young couple he thought it was a bit boring. The parasols flew away because some were faulty and became very dangerous! A little disappointing that the smoking zones were so tiny.

In 7 nights, sheets were never changed although they said that change it every 5 days. If you want an umbrella, be ready to wake up very early, at 6am 2/3 already have a towel and they don't do much about it. Shameful

Pools are great. Food, although it's very much oriented to English and German people, has a good variety and it's tasty.

The rooms could definitely use some refreshing - they are OK, but not very modern. There are no pillows! The thing they call a pillow is non-existent. The rooms are not really sound-proof, so ask for a room away from the elevators - especially because the sleeping area of the room is right by the entrance door. The TV is miniscule in size.

Good location, albeit at a distance from the beach. Decent food selection. Limited parking available (free). Gym, spa.
