Some basic kitchen items were missing, such as paper towels, drying cloths, and a colander. As an area for improvement, we understood that parking might not be included, but the combination of no on-site parking and the disastrous parking situation in Santander made parking an issue. It would be helpful if parking could be offered as an optional service for an additional fee.

It was half an hour by walk from the along sea boulevard. The majority of the hostess were really nice and supportive.

The shower in the small bathroom had a curtain that due to the small size hugged you when showering, but it was not bad.

These apartments are easy to find and only a 15min walk max from the main station/bus station. We arrived a little before the check-in time but the lady at reception checked and the room was ready so we could check-in and go up. The studio room is fine, the bathroom a little small, but if was perfectly fine, the beds were comfortable, there was a fridge and hob to heat up water for tea/coffee. Location is excellent with all sorts of bars and restaurants within just a few mins walk.

Bathroom - a bit stinky smell, cannot see any ventilation. Small shower area and the shower curtain is not helpful, whenever we took a shower it flooded the bathroom.

The staff were great and very friendly. The location is fairly good, cafes and convenient stores around. The room we had was quite spacious, reasonably quiet. No air-con, but thankfully the room didn't go too hot and stuffy during our visit.

The bathroom is quite small, the water spills easily from the shower plate.

The shower was too small and there is room to extend. I had read this on another guest’s review so it was expected. Also the fridge in room 511 is missing the door to the freezer compartment, which turns other parts of the fridge into a freezer when the door is closed

Just a few small things that would make the stay better: some kitchen cleaning supplies, paper towels, dish drainer, and a better sponge. And, the shower is TINY. The curtain clung to my body and pulled, so the floor got drenched no matter how hard I tried. Maybe heavier shower curtains? These aren't huge issues but just suggestions. I was overall happy with my stay and would repeat.

I liked having my own studio space with plenty of room. The kitchen had the basic cookware that you need, in good condition. The staff were very kind and helpful. The location is good...near a lot of supermarkets and also walking distance to the Old Town and waterfront.

We have foldie bikes. After we confirmed the order to stay, then we were told No bicycle allowed, not even when we put our Brompton in dimpa bag which made it looks like a luggage. "No bicycle allowed" should be made known to customer before order confirmation, not after. This could be stated at the booking page, instead of notification by email sent by hotel. Also the shower cubicle is ridiculously small. Seems like no drainage in the bathroom, end up flooding in the room. Sigh!

Missing some nice cooking utensils. The doors weren't sealed well so sometimes we could hear the people in the hall. Although It was quiet at night and we slept well.

The location was excellent for seeing the city. The staff was very accommodating. The room was clean and comfortable.

Everything looked very worn, crockery very scratched. No kettle. Instead of a duvet there were two sheets with a blanket in between which was okay as long as the blanket gets cleaned as well. The mattress felt a bit hard. The walls are very thin so you can hear quite a lot from the surrounding rooms.

Kitchenette available with a two ring electric hob, a sink, a small fridge with a freezer, and some crockery and cutlery. Spacious room. Friendly receptionist. Good location. Good quality windows and shutters.

Very very minor thing but the shower was quite small, however this was not an issue for any of us but could see how it might be for others.

Excellent rooms for the price we paid. Lovely area, lots of cafes nearby and an easy 15 minute walk to the centre of the city. Receptionist was very nice, room was available early which was great.

It could do with a little TLC. The shower wa in need of minor repair.

Staff were excellent, very kind and friendly. I arrived much too early but the room was available so I was able to check in and rest.

Bit further from the centre of town than expected and also on the 'wrong' side of the tunnel as the nicer areas of Santander are in the opposite direction. The shower wasn't great as the pressure of the water moved the shower head so that it sprayed the bathroom!

Nice and clean if a bit dated. Very humid when we arrived but luckily there was a ceiling fan which was a real bonus.

Could do with a washing up wrack and ideally basics like salt and pepper.

Big , light room, cooking facilities. Great staff. Nice and clean. Desk área, tv, fan.

Beds or pillows not the comfiest. We had been allocated a room that you could have smoked in. Even though the room was spotless clean there was a smell of cigarettes. It should have been pointed out at the booking stage this was a smoking room.

Value for money, nice to have little kitchen, selection of cafes restaurants and grocery store on the doorstep.

Good place to stay for 1 night, great price and does the job. Has the essentials, clean linens and towels, good location with nearby bus stop.
