Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Hong KongWiFi doesn't work above ground level and very slow there. No aircon but it's not advertised so can't complain but should be considered for future improvements. Some staff were super friendly and others not quite so. Mountain view attached

Breakfast was gorgeous, they can even prepare you a salad if you,d ask for it. Cheese omelette was big enough and bread smelt of bread...Olive oil and nice tomatoes to spread on it...What a nice surprise!

PolandLocated just by the main street of Llivia, a Spanish exclave in France. Features a restaurant where you can taste some of local goodnesses. Nice and comfortable rooms, decent breakfast. Easy to park a car for free just in front of the hotel.

United KingdomFirst; this was by far the most comfortable hotel bed I've slept in - both the mattress and the pillow were very firm! The whole place is furnished and decorated beautifully and simply, the shower was great and the supplied toiletries were eco-friendly. I ate dinner in the restaurant, which was filling and tasty, and the next morning the choice of food for breakfast was enormous even though I was the only guest. Finally; I cycled to the hotel and they have space for a bike actually in the lobby - there's a cable lock you can use to secure your bike to some banisters.
